Great hotel perfect location the staff are amazing and made my stay great second time around
Pros:

This was my second time at this hotel, and the staff—especially Sophia—made me feel welcome once again from the moment I arrived, the location is perfect, and I cannot forget the wonderful breakfast and Anne always asking if I required more coffee or anything else. Wonderful place - a bit pricy but great location! And the morning breakfast on the rooftop very nice

Excelente estadía en Roma en un hotel que siempre volvería.
Pros:

Excelente hotel todo impecable: habitación, áreas comunes, desayunador, etc. La habitación que tomé, no era muy grande, pero cómoda, con un baño amplio y cómodo. El personal nos trató amablemente y siempre cordial. El desayuno excelente en un lugar amplio y cómodo con una terraza con muy buenas vista. En ese lugar en las noches se podía tomar tragos e inclusive cenar. Todo muy agradable. El hotel está muy bien ubicado en frente al Palacio Barberini (Galleria D'Arte Antica) y a poca distancia de la Fontana de Trevi.

Excelente hotel para disfrutar de una estadía en Roma
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones muy cómodas y el desayuno muy bueno y variado en un rooftop con una vista increíble de Roma. Todo el personal fue super amable y siempre dispuesto a recomendarnos lugares, solucionar inconvenientes con mucho profesionalismo. Lo volvería a elegir en una futura visita a Roma

Fabulous boutique hotel with amazing staff and services
Pros:

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great area. All the staff were fantastic, and helpful and friendly. A special mention for Laura, Annie and Samuel. The breakfast was amazing with a fabulous view from the rooftop, including the Vatican in the background. This was our second time and when to come to Rome we will always stay here.

Great staff and breakfast, but the two rooms I had both had broken parts

The hotel staff, the breakfast, and the breakfast staff were great.

Cons:

If you get the misfortune of getting room 306, immediately ask to move. The key card is impossible to make work (we finally figured it out after multiple tries) because of a faulty reader, so they make you grab the physical key from the desk every time you need to go into it. At the time we stayed in September 2026, the shower temperature adjustment knob was broken so it would only change a few degrees. The coldest temperature was very hot. The shower was also prone to flooding outside because of poorly designed version of a no door shower.

We ended up switching rooms because they had a vacancy. The new comparable room was much better and far more renovated but issues still existed that I wouldn’t find at another true 4 star hotel: the bathroom flush is broken on one side, the sink stopper lever didn’t work, and the noise from the floor and the bar/breakfast floor was loud.

This hotel has the right finishes for the most part, but a lot of work needs to be done to upgrade the bones.
