Excellent welcoming and helpful staff, Enjoyable stay

Relaxed stay
Pros:

Everything was great, bed was comfy, breakfast was good. Staff were very polite, all were nice people.

Cons:

just it wasn't near the city center but near to other shopping malls which wasn't so bad.

Very kind staff and spotlessly clean
Pros:

Modern and clean, friendly staff, we were allowed to check in earlier and this was very helpful. Central location, close to the old town and the train for the airport. Breakfast was nice as well.

Cons:

The hotel is far from the beach but we knew about it so this is just for the information

Very nice
Pros:

Stayed for 2 nights. Location was excellent, only a 15 minute walk into the old part of Malaga. Staff were very friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable and a very good shower.

This is an excellent well managed hotel ideal for both work and leisure.
Pros:

The location is ideal for exploring Malaga. Staff made us feel welcome especially reception and waiting staff. Breakfast was first class with a great choice.

An absolute lifesaver and a perfect stay! ❤️
Pros:

After a highly stressful experience with another accommodation that turned out to be completely unsafe late at night, arriving at this hotel felt like absolute heaven. Everything here is truly excellent. The room is immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and, most importantly, feels 100% safe and secure. The location is also fantastic, making it very convenient to explore and enjoy Málaga. It was the perfect place to finally exhale, relax, and start enjoying the vacation. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The floor cleaning in particular was excellent. The cleaning staff were incredibly thorough and friendly. The rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was delicious. In fact, all the staff were always friendly and went out of their way to help.
