Camera ampia, comoda e pulita. Staff molto gentile e reattivo: si è rotto un pezzo della doccia e hanno provveduto subito alla riparazione. La struttura è all'interno di un grande centro commerciale comodo e con moltissimi bei negozi. Posizione comoda equidistante dalla stazione dei treni e degli autobus e dal centro. Internet veloce. Letto comodo. Aria condizionata funzionante. Presenza di diversi servizi comuni: palestra, ristorante, lounge/terrazza, noi non li abbiamo usati ma ci sono.

Cons:

Affaccio sul parcheggio del centro commerciale, ma c'è poco da fare. Se non ci fosse cascato in testa il soffione della doccia sarei stata più entusiasta. I prezzi degli alloggi a Malaga sono più alti della media.

The location is by a shopping mall, which was good because it provided an easy place to find food (both a market and restaurants), a large air-conditioned space (it was very hot during our stay), and, of course, shopping if you enjoy that. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with a last-minute change. There is a restaurant on the premises, which was also convenient.

Cons:

We needed a place to stay for a few days, and that worked fine. For an extended vacation stay, we would have probably stayed somewhere either closer to the city's attractions or somewhere less busy.

The hotel is perfectly placed if you are wanting to go places and has a great stay
Pros:

The Hotel was beautifully kept, the staff were amazing. The receiption staff were always friendly and helpful. Lupe was amazing, she is so helpful and friendly to talk to and arranged trips for us and supplied us wit hthe info that we needed.
The Breakfast was alway beaufitully layed out and the restuarant was alway clean. When we had an evening meal tat the hotel, the food was freshly, beaufitfully cooked.
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the Old Town and Harbour and it is also close to the train and bus station.

Cons:

The rooms are not very well sound proofed internally as you can hear people opening and closing doors and walking around in their rooms and walking in the halway, but it would not put me off from choosing this hotel when I go back.

Soggiorno eccezionale oltre ogni aspettativa

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero fantastico in questo hotel. Fin dal nostro arrivo, la pulizia si è dimostrata eccellente: sia la struttura che la camera erano impeccabili e sempre piacevolmente profumate.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff, incredibilmente cordiale, gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. L'hotel è davvero super attrezzato per ogni necessità.
La posizione è abbastanza centrale e si è rivelata comodissima, soprattutto per noi che avevamo un'auto a noleggio. Inoltre, la vicinanza al centro commerciale è stata un grandissimo plus che ci ha permesso di riorganizzarci facilmente per ogni evenienza. Nonostante la vicinanza al centro commerciale, la camera era silenziosissima e non si sentiva assolutamente nulla, garantendo un riposo perfetto.
È stato tutto veramente al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Speriamo di cuore di poterci ritornare presto!

Staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. The hotel is perfectly located (to reach everything within walking range or with public transportation).

Guests could smoke on the terrace during breakfast, which wasn't very pleasant.
