La habitacion , la cama y la limpieza

Cons:

La entrada y sobre todo la salida del parking es complicada por ser de entrada y salida a la vez, tuvimos problemas a la salida con dos coches que entraban, quizás puedan poner otro sistema como semáforo temporizado que no se junten dos coches en la rampa.

Dissapointing
Pros:

We couldn’t find it very easily as sat nav took us to wrong place.

Cons:

It took ages to check in and check out despite having a booking ( not the checking out girls fault at all)
We couldn’t get any food until after 830 after travelling all day- there was no room service and we had to go and collect after they opened. Very inflexible and we didn’t want breakfast and couldn’t buy a coffee either as didn’t open till 9 am

Pros:

I loved the breakfast. Very diverse things. Also the receptionist Maria helped me a lot also about where to visit. The location is also quite good. If your room is above the trees, your view is going to be amazing

Some of employees don't speak English well. But it was ok

Hotel de alta calidad. Muy recomendable: limpieza, ubicación, personal, servicio de cafetería, desyuno.

Cons:

Hacía calor y no había aire acondicionado. Solo tienen opción de caliente en invierno y frío en verano. En la época que fuimos hizo calor pero aún estaba el sistema en modo invierno. Así que nos cocimos en la habitación. Es algo que deberían mejorar.
