Un hôtel pas "palace" quand il fait chaud
Pros:

Le quartier très agréable et bien situé proche métro. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant. Le petit jardin interieur est sympathique. Hall de l'hôtel et la salle du petit déjeuner climatisés.

Cons:

Notre chambre au 4e étage très petite pour 2 et SANS climatisation. Il faisait plus de 45 degrés dedans pendant la canicule. L'enfer ! Donc on est resté qu'une seule nuit.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Great location—close to tube and shopping and restaurants. Staff is helpful and they have a lovely back garden to sit in.

Cons:

I happened to be there during the heatwave in June ‘26 (not their fault obvs) but my room with no ac was not very pleasant. They did provide a table fan though, but it was still so hot I could barely sleep. Also I had accidentally booked a room with an ‘external bathroom’ (my fault) which meant I had to go outside my room to use it down the hall. It was a private bathroom just for me, but a little awkward. I’d suggest reading the room descriptions more carefully than I did, if you care about such things :)

Beautiful place with everything you need for a great stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us, the place was clean and beautiful. The staff was perfectly polite and helpful and the breakfast was so good.

Cons:

We had the misfortune to spend the time in London with extreme hot days and there was no air conditioning in the room so the nights were so hot even though they provides us with the fans.

Great location, staff and good value for money
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was outstandingly comfortable

A bit dated in parts but it’s an older building with 3 stars so expected

Pros:

Très pratique ! Deux chambres de 4 idéales pour notre groupe de huit. Facile d’accès pour les Uber, plusieurs pubs à proximité, Nothing Hill accessible à pied et Camden en vélo, top !

Cons:

Pourquoi il n’y avait pas de ces si bonnes crêpes le second matin 😭😭😭

Pros:

Location was good for our trips out. All the staff were excellent, very helpful and polite..Bath and shower..

Cons:

Room was on the small side. In the middle of a heat wave it was warm, but in normal weather would be fine. We had a fan which made things better

Pros:

In other places one would expect a bit more for the price, but for central London it's really quite good.

Cons:

Obviously no AC as old building so fairly warm in room in the heat wave, but at least windows open and they provide a fan so that helps.
