Excellent stay in central London
Pros:

I come here quite often and Pembridge Palace Hotel never disappoints me. The staff is exceptionally kind, the position is perfect: only five minutes to reach the tube (central line) and Hyde Park. Breakfast is really good.

Enjoyable stay and will definitely use the Pembridge Palace Hotel when we next visit London.
Pros:

Good geographical position. Friendly helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble! Clean. Good price accommodation. Good breakfast, nothing was too much trouble for chef who met my dietary requirements.

Hotel molto pulito , cambio asciugamani ogni giorno , lenzuola impeccabili
letto comodo
colazione abbondante ( ho notato che mancavano cose per celiaci o per intolleranti al lattosio ma probabilmente bastava chiedere)
posizione comoda alla metro di Bayswater o Queens , qualche passo solamente

Camera molto molto piccola davvero
Moquette un pò superata
Rimane un hotel un pò datato
Nella sala colazione posta al piano interrato c'è una areazione scarsa infatti si esce da lì che si assorbe odoro di fritto

Friendly and helpful staff, especially the chef. The terrazze was lovely in the hot summer weather. Always refilled cold water bottles in the room. And such a quite street, even though centrally situated!

Good value for money in a fantastic location with a welcoming, pleasant and efficient staff.
Pros:

The location is unbeatable, the staff are very friendly and efficient. The lobby area has AC and is well appointed. The garden area is lovely especially in the early morning hours.

Cons:

My single room was tiny but if you’re organized it’s perfectly functional. I upgraded to a double room which was a huge improvement and worth the additional cost. There is no AC in the guest rooms but fans are provided which helped during my stay which coincided with the London heatwave.
