De um modo geral gostei bastante.
Pros:

Gostei da localização, gostei de ter cafeteira, leite e água mineral no quarto.

Cons:

Pros:

Gastvrij, mooie rustige locatie, centrale locatie, goede schoonmaak, iedere dag verse drinkwaterflesjes en thee op de kamer, vriendelijke receptie, goed ontbijt

Cons:

De ontbijtmedewerker was wat streng (misschien is het handiger als ze gaan werken met tijdslots omdat de ontbijtruimte niet zo groot is?)
En sommige schoonmakers gooiden een zeepje of shampoo die je aan het gebruiken was al weg (voelde voor mij als verspilling)

Clean and functional
Pros:

Great location for the tube and getting around. Lovely restaurants close by. Highly recommend Athena.
Breakfast was adequate, the staff here were not as friendly and professional as the reception staff.

Cons:

The room was like a sauna. There was a fan on in the room when we arrived and it did help a little bit but we were so glad that the weather was not sunny because I don’t think we’d have been able to stand it.
The room was cleaned but coffee cups weren’t washed just left on the side
The lift was 3 people only and by the sound of it you wouldn’t chance any more!

Du får hotell i London känslan om du bor på detta hotell.
Pros:

Personalen uppgradera mitt rum då jag inte uppfattat att jag bokat ett rum utan toalett. Mycket uppskattat.

Cons:

Äggröran och bacon höll tyvärr ingen vidare klass. Sortimentet på tee var lite begränsat.

Great Location but Duplex Room Too Small
Pros:

Location is insanely good. Safe area close to underground.

Staff is helpful, room cleaning service is good and sheets get changed every 2 says. Water bottles refreshed every day.

They let us have our luggages in the lobby after check out.

The room has a garden.

Cons:

We stayed in Duplex Room and the upper floor for 2 people is literally made for children. YOU CANNOT STAND UPRIGHT. I'm not even tall. Even my 165cm friend couldn't stand upright. The ceiling is too low. This is not mentioned anywhere, they should definitely WARN people before paying.

The beds in upper floor are made for CHILDREN. If you're above 180cm (5'10) you will not fit in the bed.

The upper floor is too hot and has no air. Booking says it includes fan but there is no fan in the room

The room is too small. There is no wardrobe and the hangers don't work.

Personel ilgisi, biz odaya geldiğimizde alt kat oda vermişlerdi, kurangleZden ışık alan dar bir odaydı,rezervasyonda buna dikkat etmek lazım, söleyince norma kat bir odaya geçmemiz konusunda epey yardımcı oldular.

Eski , renovasyona ihtiyacı var.odalarda klima yok , yerler halı kaplama ve eskiydi, ve havalandırmDığınızda halı kötü kokuyordu,buzdolabı ise ses yaptığı için gece kapatmak zorunda kaldım
Kahvaltı salonu alt katta ve çok iştah kapatıcı bir durumdaydı.
