Practical, comfortable, easy.
Pros:

Booking in was very straightforward. Lifts close to book- in area. Room was spacious , clean and comfortable.

Like sleeping in a war zone !!
Cons:

The reception staff were rude , the noise was horrendous at night , no warning that it is like sleeping in a war zone !! It was frightening! bed was not comfortable , didn’t respond to email over parking near property , so too late to get parked in secure car park , we had to leave early so parked behind in ncp , where all the drug dealers where hanging out at 5.30 am , again frightening , completely put us off ever coming to Manchester again !

An excellent city centre stay.
Pros:

This hotel is excellent and one of the best we have stayed in. It is located within the city so it is easy to walk to the nearby trams and city centre yet because of the effective double glazing the usual city noise is barely heard. The room was large and very comfortable with a good sized comfortable bed. The bathroom was a very good size with an effective shower and lighting gave a relaxing ambiance. Coffee and biscuits were a pleasing extra that is so often missing these days. Breakfast was well catered for in a relaxing environment and the staff were all courteous and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel which was excellent value for money and we look forward to returning again.

Cons:

There was nothing negative at all.
