Disappointed.
Pros:

Loved the location of the property as it is very central. Although there is no parking but the valet service (a bit pricy) but was quite good.

Cons:

There were a few things that I did not like about the property due to which I may not stay there again. First and foremost the attitude of the lady at the reception who checked us in was not at all welcoming. Quite disappointed in the general attitude of the receptionist. Not at all what we would expect from a Marriott reception staff. Secondly we had a booked a room for 5 people but when we went into the room we found out that the room did not have the option to sleep 5 people. The reception staff was quite dismissive of the fact that how 5 people would fit in and simply replied that this is the only room available. Poor response.

El personal fue servicial, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el edificio es hermoso, sin embargo los homeless que caminan por la calle a todas horas fueron muy incómodos cada vez que pasábamos frente a ellos con nuestra hija de 3 años.

I was never made aware of the cost of the valet parking only that it was available.
Pros:

It was close to our concert at Petco Park. The room was not accessible any earlier than 4:00 pm.

Cons:

There was no handicap parking, actually no parking. There was valet service but I wasn’t aware that it was $70 per night. Public parking while cheaper at $45, that was per entrance. It would have been $90 for that day or more.

El servicio es bastante deficiente.
Pros:

La arquitectura del hotel es impresionante. Es un edificio estilo art decó con detalles hermosos.

Cons:

El personal del hotel. No existe un verdadero servicio al cliente. Muchísimas distinciones entre los huéspedes caucásicos y los mexicanos o latinos.

Not sure I’d stay there again.
Cons:

Bed comfort was horrible. Calling desk was just no bueno, static and unable to hear customer service. TV was not working. Guest relations not friendly (afternoon/evening staff). I paid one thing with booking (as for rooms), hotel changed rooms. Wayyyy to pricey. Big inconvenience, missed most of the baseball game due to conversing with Guest Relations.
