Not sure I’d stay there again.
Cons:

Bed comfort was horrible. Calling desk was just no bueno, static and unable to hear customer service. TV was not working. Guest relations not friendly (afternoon/evening staff). I paid one thing with booking (as for rooms), hotel changed rooms. Wayyyy to pricey. Big inconvenience, missed most of the baseball game due to conversing with Guest Relations.

Convenient but not the best
Pros:

The property was in great location and beautiful place.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have paper towel or tissue paper. I also didn’t like the sheets making the crinkle and swish sound. Parking was ridiculously expensive- valet $75…no other choice.

Great Hotel in San Diego
Pros:

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in the last week of June. This hotel was an old bank and is really cool inside. We booked a suit which was fantastic as it offered two room both of which were very nicely sized. The location also offers easy access to other parts of the city. There are also numerous restaurants with in walking distance. Two I would recommend are Breakfast Co. and St James which has a French flair. The only drawback is something that is similar to all big city downtowns and that are the homeless however they did not bother us at all.
I would also like to give a shoutout to Lisa from housekeeping as she was fantastic. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Todo, esta super limpio, el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones muy amplias. Todo excelente. El lugar esta muy bonito decorado y las vistas por las ventanas son increibles. Lo recomiendo ampliamente 🤩

Personal que te recibe poco amable, no es cordial, la tina del baño estaba tapada, te estas bañando con el agua sucia hasta caso la rodilla, un asco., el lavabo también tapado, No limpian los cuartos, ni sacan la basura , ni cambian toallas, voy y pregunto en recepción y de forma poco amable me dicen que es cada tercer día, pésimo servicio

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, ya que tiene acceso sencilló al tren. Está en zona céntrica de San Diego.

El personal sobre todo es recepcionista Edy fueron muy amables.

Las habitaciones de gran calidad y buen espacio.

Es un lugar totalmente recomendado para hospedarse sii quieres tener las facilidades del centro de San Diego.

Con acceso a todos los medios de transporte de manera eficaz, este hotel ofrece unas instalaciones bastantes agradables y personal totalmente capacitado por el hecho de que hablo en ingles y español.

Interesting hotel, not such a great idea though. Front desk would benefit from customer service training
Pros:

Stay for 3 nights, interesting interior as the hotel is on the building of a former bank. Performance of front desk was below expectations and Marriott standards. Bar tender and our room maid were very professional, helpful and provided great service.
Area aroma the hotel creates mixed feelings, there is a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. Unfortunately there is also a lot of homeless people, some parts of streets are not that clean and did not feel safe.
