A fabulous find
Pros:

The owners and staff are exceptional and so accommodating. Nothing is a problem. The rooms are beautifully decorated and super home and cozy vibes. Just an excellent place to stay.

Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Tolle Lage für einen Besuch von Dunrobin Castle.
Pros:

Nettes kleines Hotel mitten in Golspie. Dunrobin Castle ist mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten entfernt und einen Besuch wert. Tolles und wirklich reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Tipp: der Fish&Chips-Laden 3 min die Straße runter ist spitze. Take-Away-Essen kann im Gastraum konsumiert werden.

Excellent Family-run Hotel
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and our room (Room 4) was large and dual-aspect, with views to both the sea and the Duke of Sutherland monument on the hill. The hotel is located around a 20-30 minute walk from Dunrobin Castle along the John O'Groats Trail which was the primary draw to Golspie for our visit. Breakfast being included was also great, as it set us up for long days of travelling the surrounding areas, and the hotel was happy to accommodate dietary requirements. We also had no issues with getting parked on-street just outside of the hotel.

Einfach toll. Kommen sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Einfach nur toll.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden maßlos übertroffen.
Sehr süß auch das Frühstück. Auf jedem Tisch war ein Spiel. Wirklich klasse. Und dazu war das Frühstück sehr lecker.

Just what we required for a short break not to far from home
Pros:

BED WAS REALLY COMFY HAD A GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP, BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS AND STAFF WERE GREAT

SHOWER WAS A BIT TEMPERAMENTAL ALTHOUGH THE WIFE MANAGED TO HAVE A SHOWER AND WASH HER HAIR WITH NO SCREAMS

Heizung war aus, kein Föhn im Zimmer, im ganzen Ort kein offenes Restaurant oder Pub, keine Bewirtung in der Unterkunft.

The room we had was recently refurbished and was very clean and spacious.
Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very nice and helpful..
Bed was very comfortable.

Der Chef erzählte uns von der Geschichte der Gegend, für Wanderer des John o’Groat Trails perfekt - sehr sympathisch und das Frühstück war perfekt. Die Zimmer und der Gastraum sind sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.
