An excellent hotel
Pros:

The hotel and the room were clean, tidy, and spacious. The hotel features a pleasant public onsen, water and ice stations on every floor, and other very convenient amenities.
A major plus was having a washing machine in the room, making it very convenient to do laundry right there.
The breakfast was rich and delicious; we enjoyed the Western-style options, including omelets, bread, pastries, and fresh vegetables.
The hotel staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. We arranged a walking tour of the Old City streets with a private guide through the hotel—for an additional fee, of course.
The staff helped us book the tour on just one day's notice. The tour was enriching, educational, and interesting; we really enjoyed it.
We had an excellent experience at the hotel and highly recommend it.

Cons:

The location is a 10–15 minute walk from the city center, the morning market, and the Old City. It felt a bit far when we were tired, but overall, it wasn't bad. The hotel is right next to the train station, but the noise didn't bother us.

チェックアウトの際の対応以外は、最高でした。

木の温もりを感じ、明るく、落ち着きのある空間だった

Cons:

チェックアウトの際、受付には2人いましたが、声も掛けてもらえず、「すみません」と、こちらから声を掛けても反応なし。確かに、1人は、カウンターにて顧客対応していましたが、1人は、対応可能に見受けられました。もし、対応ができないのなら、「お待ちください」の一言があってもいいのではないかと思いました。私達は、透明人間なのかと思ってしまうくらい、見向きもしませんでした。チェックアウトは、ほんの数秒で終わりましたが、気分が悪かったです。

Pros:

L'emplacement juste à côté de la gare, hôtel moderne, jolie décoration, chambre spacieuse avec lave linge, sèche linge. Le centre historique de Takayama est également proche de l'hôtel.
