struttura con potenzialità, ma i servizi base per bimbi andrebbero rivisti.
Pros:

Soggiorno con neonato. L'hotel ha punti di forza: ottima posizione, piscina molto bella e ben tenuta, camere pulite, aree esterne pulite, gradevoli e tenute perfettamente, menù bimbi presente, personale gentile e gite organizzate con guida ottima.

Cons:

Purtroppo però per le famiglie ci sono alcune criticità: ci hanno addebitato 35€ a fine soggiorno per la preparazione del pranzo del neonato, che consisteva in 4 minuti di cottura di pastina fornita da noi + passato della sera prima. Nessun frigo in camera e nessun frigo comune, per il latte del bimbo ci siamo arrangiati con il ghiaccio. L'area giochi interna è in mezzo al ristorante, con disagi sia per chi mangia che per chi gioca. Assente la lavanderia a pagamento. A cena mancavano salumi e formaggi del luogo, presenti solo a colazione. Il pesce era surgelato, i dolci e la maggior parte dei primi non all'altezza, si salvava solo la lasagna e il gelato.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen; wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen!
Pros:

Es gab ein abwechslungsreiches, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Das Abendessen mit mehreren Gängen war ausgezeichnet!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und nimmt sich Zeit für die Gäste.
Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen; wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Cons:

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

J’ai pas apprécié dans cet hôtel, le bruit en général, les clients étaient très bruyant, mal insonorisé des chiens qui aboie des gens sur la terrasse qui sont bruyants jusqu’à 23 heures, bref nous avons pas apprécié

Tolles Hotel mit allem Komfort, faire Preise und sehr gutem Restaurant
Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel mit allem Komfort, schönes Zimmer, super Abendessen mit Buffet oder a la Carte, tolles Frühstück Buffet. Sehr nettes Personal und netter Pool innen und aussen. Mineralwasser zum Abschied :-)

Schönes Hotel am Jaufenpass

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen , schöne Pools

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung sehr alt und verbraucht, defekter Aufzug, die Koffer musste man 2 Etagen hochtragen, Internet weitestgehend gestört, am Aussenpool defekte Umrandung, , Wanderwege nur mit PKW zu erreichen
