Un hôtel unique à Phnom Penh
Pros:

J’ai adoré mon séjour au Raffles Hotel Le Royal. C’est un hôtel qui a une vraie personnalité, avec un style unique et une atmosphère à part. Les lieux sont magnifiques, parfaitement entretenus et d’une propreté irréprochable.

L’accueil est à la hauteur du cadre : le personnel est chaleureux, prévenant, attentif et toujours disponible.

Mention toute particulière pour le service de conciergerie, absolument remarquable, et notamment pour Rosy, dont nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’efficacité, le professionnalisme et la bienveillance.

Le Royal fait désormais partie de mes hôtels préférés en Asie du Sud-Est. Une adresse pleine de charme, où l’on se sent vraiment bien et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Hôtel de luxe que je recommande les yeux fermés et un staff excellentissime
Pros:

J'ai aimé:
1/ Le petit-déjeuner était compris dans le prix de la chambre et il était à volonté:
- fruits frais: mangues, fruits du dragon, pastèques, etc
- plats à la carte à volonté: crèpes, pancakes, oeufs de toutes sortes (brouillés, sunny-side, plain)
- je conseille les oeufs bénédictins au saumon et aux oeufs de lompe => excellents

2/ le staff cambodgien qui a été excellent: serviable, poli, toujours souriant et débrouillard et prêt à nous rendre service à tout instant

3/ Le style colonial de l'hôtel qui donne un cachet et un caractère unique à l'hôtel

4/ l'emplacement qui est au coeur de Phnom Penh

5/ La salle de fitness juste à côté de celle du spa

Cons:

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré: on peut entendre le bruit de la rue car c'est du simple vitrage et pas du double.

Excellent luxurious hotel.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at the Raffles. From the start to the end it was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is really comfortable and the bathroom well stocked and clean. The swimming pool is delightful and the grounds are wonderful. The gym is great and the restaurant serves delicious food, my husband is celiac and they were able to accommodate his requirements and provide delicious food. The hotel is in a great part of the town with many of the sites available within walking distance which is always a bonus. And a special mention for the Elephant bar which is just tremendous.

Simple elegance - at least they make it look simple!
Pros:

This property is beautifully appointed and the staff are all terrific. I felt cared for and welcomed every step of the way. The room is beautiful, large and comfortable in every way. I would like to live for the rest of my life in this hotel.

Cons:

Oddly, the sprayer shower head didn’t stay positioned but I could use the rain shower head (which I don’t like as much). It’s a tiny detail.

World class hospitality
Pros:

I was at the end of a long walk, and in need of a comfortable place to sit and check email. I walked in the front entrance of Raffles Le Royal, and was immediately greeted by a smiling and lovely hostess as well as Mr. Kanhol Ya, who told me I was welcome to sit in their lobby, and even sent me a delicious and refreshing lemongrass tea to cool off with. Exceptionally friendly people are actually pretty common in this city, and I am pleased to report that Raffles is full of the graceful and friendly atmosphere that makes Phnom Penh such a special place.
