Great room, exceptional staff, and customer service, true Northern hospitality.
Pros:

It’s right downtown near some of the best coffee I’ve had in the Yukon.

Cons:

The only criticism I would have is if they could have a pump, hand soap in the bathroom. The facial soap is wonderful, but I’m particular on pump hand soap for cleaning my hands.

Pros:

Boutique-style rooms that are comfortable and clean. Nespresso in the room was great. Tasteful design. Staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant downstairs was also great.

Alright stay -- needs some improvements

Cons:

Rooms do not have AC -- so gets very hot --

Hallway in 3rd floor is bright green with neon lights -- not hotel vibes at all -- too glaring

Not enough soap

Shouod provide lotion as well

Very comfortable and convenient accommodation in Whitehorse.
Pros:

We had a big upper floor one bedroom with a nice view of the mountains and end of the city. The staff went out of their way to provide good service. The front desk operates 24 hrs/7days so there is always someone to help, and they are very fast at bringing towels and bedding.

Cons:

We travelled on the Easter weekend so the restaurant had limited hours. The sidewalks around the hotel, and to the north side of the city were very icey--bring your ice grips.
