Food was good. Service at night was terrible due to a miscommunication between the servers. We never got served until I had to approach the server to ask if she was purposely avoiding us. She thought the other server, who also ignored us, had waited on us. The morning service was much better.
It’s a convenient location but not very beautiful or scenic.

Super clean, comfortable beds, luxurious bedding, great location.
Staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Loved the room, personal touches (swan towel), and decor. Building is modern and new. Easy access to floors and parking lots.
A bit of noise heard from guests on same floor from hallway late into the night, but otherwise a great stay. Would stay here again.

We dont have microwave and electric kettle. And a little bit pricey.

I had a really enjoyable stay at The Raven Inn and would definitely recommend it. From booking online through to check-in and check-out, everything was straightforward and well organised. Communication with the hotel before my arrival was excellent, which made the whole experience very easy and reassuring.
The room was very well laid out, with excellent amenities and everything thoughtfully provided. The bathroom was also particularly well appointed and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
As I was travelling with a bike, I really appreciated having secure storage for my bike bag. It was great to have somewhere safe and convenient to leave it.
Breakfast at the adjoining café was lovely and a great way to start the day. Overall, I found The Raven Inn comfortable, welcoming and exceptionally well organised. I’d happily stay here again when I’m next in Whitehorse.
The air conditioner was too noisy so turned it off. Not an issue as it wasn’t warm but would have been if the temperature had been higher. No power outlet near the bedside table, it was behind the bed and too far for my charging cable.
Well located, clean, very comfortable
A gym would be great! Other than that, everything else was excellent.
Great walkable location but not right downtown where it's too busy.
We had an early morning flight and they were nice enough to reschedule a cab to the airport for us.
This is a very nice hotel at a very good location with all you need. The food there at the restaurant is also very good and the decoration is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
