時尚新穎的房間
Pros:

房間大小剛好放得下28吋行李箱，床頭充電座支援USB。

５回目の利用です
Pros:

５回目の利用です。いつもスタッフの方達には親切に対応して頂いています。

前回はスパの設備がちょっと古いのかな～と思っていましたが、綺麗になっていたようで良かったです。

今回もお値段よりもとてもお得感がありました。

Cons:

特に設備に不満は無いのですが、6月なのに寒い日だったせいか、ロビーがむちゃくちゃ寒かったです。
もう少しその日の気温に合わせた温度にして欲しいと思いました。

あと、これも仕方ないのかもしれませんが
スパの営業を1時間延ばして頂けたら
とっても嬉しいです！

エスコンでの試合が終わってからだと間に合わない時もあって、出来ればせめてもう30分延ばして欲しいです。

いいリフレッシュになりました
Pros:

荷物が多かったので、事前に送る旨相談したら丁寧に対応していただき、安心して訪問する事が出来ました

アメニティもポーラので気持ちよかったです

Cons:

朝食のビュッフェの並びが少しわかりにくく
食べたい食材にうまく辿り着けなかった
味は美味しかったです

Pros:

部屋は広く、快適だった。窓からの眺めもよかった。
スタッフの対応もよく、感じがよい。
朝食も席に案内してもらってからだったので、落ち着いて食べることができた。
朝食も種類が多く、おいしかった。

Got fed big time, great room, but paid onsen.
Pros:

Breakfast was fabuloso. Massive variety, free flow high quality kaisendon (so much so i didnt eat sashimi outside). Parking was convenient at the location. Rooms were decently large, provided a crib which was a plus. View of sapporo was great, could see the historical town from way up where i was. Value was extreme, paid a fraction of a price u would pay near the odori park area. right next to shin sapporo station.

Cons:

Did not realise i had to pay to enter the onsen which sucked hard.

Pros:

部屋がきれいで広かった。以前泊まった時より部屋がキレイになっていた。思ったより、立体駐車場の待ち時間が少なかった。部屋着にズボンがあり、便利だった。

連泊時の使用済みタオルとの差し替えシステムとなっており、説明がなく、フロントに、連絡し、持って来ていただいた。
