電灯と風呂の多少の汚れ以外は満足
Pros:

駅近くでアクセスしやすい、商業施設近く

Cons:

お部屋の電気が少なく薄暗い、暖色の色の電気でなお暗く感じた、部屋風呂の汚れが多少目についてしまった

交通アクセスが良く、寝室も広くて過ごしやすかった
Pros:

上層階だったのでとても眺めが良かったこと。朝食会場が階上レストランなのでとても眺めも良く、スタッフの対応も良かった。

Cons:

水がおいてなかった。布団が厚く、もう少し薄い布団が良かった。

修学旅行の学生さんがお泊りらしく高層階のお部屋に変更してくださり有難うございました ❢
エレベーター混雑等 何の問題もなく快適に過ごせました
昨年初めての利用 ロケーションと美朝食が素晴らしく再度寄せて頂きました 今回も大満足 ❢❢
チェックアウト後 思いつきで訪ねた 野外博物館”開拓の村” は思った以上に立派でエリア全体が広々と気持ち良く4時間も愉しみました(なんと吃驚❢私は高齢者で入場無料でした)
また来年も泊めて頂けますよう元気に努めようと思います

朝風呂で追加料金払っても通常サウナが入れなかったのが残念
唯一入れたミストサウナは40度で汗どころか寒いくらいでした。残念

５回目の利用です
Pros:

５回目の利用です。いつもスタッフの方達には親切に対応して頂いています。

前回はスパの設備がちょっと古いのかな～と思っていましたが、綺麗になっていたようで良かったです。

今回もお値段よりもとてもお得感がありました。

Cons:

特に設備に不満は無いのですが、6月なのに寒い日だったせいか、ロビーがむちゃくちゃ寒かったです。
もう少しその日の気温に合わせた温度にして欲しいと思いました。

あと、これも仕方ないのかもしれませんが
スパの営業を1時間延ばして頂けたら
とっても嬉しいです！

エスコンでの試合が終わってからだと間に合わない時もあって、出来ればせめてもう30分延ばして欲しいです。

アメニティもポーラので気持ちよかったです
