Breakfast was very good. Good parking possibilities. Location is good, close to the Interstate.
A very nice bar with very friendly personnel.
The waiting time for the elevator was pretty long. Probably because one of the elevators has been out of order.
Big facilty
Dirty and old. To much cigarette smell
The location it's good and clean at a reasonable price
I don't like the smoke smell in the casino and one of the elevators was broken
Location
Hidden fees at front desk at the moment of payment, $32 extras for service fee.
Service and location
Bathroom
The heat & air did not work when we told staff it was a shrug Toilet was basically under vanity. I actually cut my arm on the top
Toilet was so short.
Smoke smell upon entering so strong
Fix the bathroom Fix the thermostat so it was working do something about smoke smell or lower the rates to $44.00 to match the big signs on the parking garage.
Location was very good for visiting family
Beds very uncomfortable, bathroom poorly designed. Toilet too low and too small. Vanity too close to Toilet
Proximity to the 215
A broken elevator for two months?????. I grew up in Vegas. Station s casino were family owned and had an excellent reputation. Its difficult for me to understand why a casino would let a elevator be down for that period of time.
Room carpets need steam cleaning. The Aliante, which I normally stay at, is a better deal.
The Santa Fe pool is another issue. It had to be built after the fact. Another reason why I stay at the Aliante. Pool side drink and food service and easy access to your room.
No coffee in the room. Possibly standard practice for Las Vegas but too bad. I believe there was an upcharge for this service.
