The room space

Cons:

That there was so many people there and kids. I only take my daughter there once a month so she can swim and have fun. To many kids swimming and the cook out they had was loud. So it was uncomfortable for the price I payed.

Would stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Not one strand of hair on any bathroom fixture!!!!
Very warm room.
Very nice people.
Help with directions and restaurants.

Cons:

Wish that they had a sink in the breakfast area and coffee inside the area also. Seems minor, but everything else was so wonderful that these small things stood out.

We look forward to returning to this Best Western based on the amazing ownership! Great job!
Pros:

Atul and his family have only owned this Best Western for 6 weeks. It is SPOTLESS and the service was attentive and kind. We appreciated the quick response to any questions we had.

Cons:

We know and understood that Atul and his family are new owners and have plans to remediate any areas that we felt could need improvement. Atul was excited to discuss his updating plans - to install new flooring and door locks. We did mention that some electrical outlets in the lamps were loose and often did not work consistently enough to charge our phones. We know that with these improvements, Atul and his family will have the highest rated Best Western!

Pros:

The front desk person (Vic) was extremely helpful when I called to confirm our room the day of arrival. Booking.com had canceled the reservation!!! But he went above and beyond to make sure we had a room and at an even better rate.
