This is my second stay at Hilton Dublin. It’s a great location situated just outside the city centre - on the direct Luas (tram) route.
Chloe on front desk welcomed me warmly back.
This was my mums first trip to Ireland to visit my own daughter who now lives here.
The hotel is beautiful, and all team you encounter are warm and friendly. The housekeeper on floor 4 (I apologise I forget her name) is so warm and bubbly, a great start to the day meeting her.
Breakfast has a great selection, and the restaurants fish and chips is a solid favourite. Cocktails are great too!
Can’t wait to return again on my next visit!

We had a lovely stay in the Hilton. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Nice and calm atmosphere all around. We were looked after by Josephine and Ignaus who were very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

We had such a wonderful day at your Hotel, food was delicious and staff were extremely accommodating. Special mention must go to Juan who is a lovely young man and a credit to your Hotel. Many thanks.

I had a wonderful experience, and a big part of that was thanks to João. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire meal. He made us feel genuinely welcome and always had a smile on his face. His service was outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond to make our visit special.

Incredibly mediocre property with appalling management. Despite writing ahead to ask for our rooms, as a family with two children, to be either connecting or contiguous (both to the GM and via the reservation form, which the receptionist acknowledged) we arrived to rooms allocated across two separate floors.

The check-in agent Paula seems utterly unable to manage this without having to find a supervisor - eventually, after waiting for her to return from her break, Chloe was able to allocate two rooms on the same floor. We specifically asked to be away from the team line and she confirmed, after much typing away, that the rooms were indeed away from the team tracks.

Of course, after an 2-hour wait for the rooms to be ready, upon reaching ours we realised that it was overlooking the tracks.

Hallways are filthy with debris left uncleaned (photo), one safe didn’t work and require maintenance immediately upon arrival and overall, this is an extremely poorly managed property - staff aren’t empowered to resolve issues, and when they claim to do, it’s half-way and begrudgingly and management doesn’t pay attention to early requests. Basically zero customer care.

We’re staying four nights here, never again. Avoid.

Fabius was so attentive and friendly not only to us but also to every customers that having breakfast at the hotel. We could genuinely feel his engagement is coming from the heart! Special shoutout to Victor and Juliana for also being super nice :)
Would love to comeback again for food and the hospitality from the team!

Hilton Dublin Charlemont. Amazing breakfast and handled by Fabius . He is very kind and helpful because I was coming late for my breakfast by 9:45 but He taking care of me. The best experience I ever had in this hotel.

Hotel is in an excellent central location. The hotel has had a wonderful refurbishment- looks very fresh and is maintained to a high standard. Rooms are very comfortable,
Clean and spacious.
Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient.
Restaurant is a very pleasant location to sit, eat and relax with great food.
Particular staff note is Fabius. I’ve been travelling to this hotel frequently for over 7 years, and his attention to detail and hotel professionalism is second to none. A true gentleman and asset to Hilton Dublin.

Location was good, looks like a much longer walk when looking on Google maps, but it was nice to see more of the city. Parking was handy & the tram was right outside if needed.
