Really lovely hotel, well appointed and great for travel into Dublin Centre
Pros:

thought the quality of the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

I had dinner twice in the evening, the 2nd time the chunky chips were rock hard and not cooked through propertly

I also didnt like having to pay for water in the room, it was not made clear that the water on arrival was all I was getting for the stay

Comfortable stay for my partners birthday weekend.
Pros:

Shower was wonderful , large and powerful

Cons:

Tea tray not restocked so on second morning no milk or regular coffee. Lunch and dinner choices not extensive. Unable to get snacks.

nice hotel, good location, admin/systems around door keys and parking not good.

room card didn't work first time (had to be re-programmed), car part ticket didn't work, had to be replaced

Pros:

Nice size room.

Cons:

We were not aware we needed to tap key in lift so ended up looking for stairs and carrying bag as lift stopped at floor below our level. Noisy in bedroom as train ran alongside our room.

Pros:

Location beside Luas, facilities i.e. bar / restaurant on site. Josephine in reservations was excellent (see what I didn't like).

Cons:

Booked via 3rd party provided (thought guest reservations was HIlton site), so over paid.
