Swimming Pool Policy & Booking Process:

- An adult must be in the water in the pool/jacuzzi at all times with junior guests who are under the age of 16

- An adult can supervise a maximum of 2 junior guests aged under 16

- Children aged under 8 are not permitted to use the Jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room.

- Booking the pool and wet leisure areas in advance is highly recommended. You can either visit the club when you arrive at the hotel to book or call the LivingWell Team on 01217806359 to make a booking

- The last entry to the pool and wet leisure areas is 60 minutes prior to closing time, and facilities close 15 minutes before closing time

Paid well over the price for a basic room,definitely not a family room

Cons:

The price of the room was overpriced and too small,tea and coffee facilities in the room was poor,no biscuits.
Had to sleep in the same bed as my mum as sofa bed was not made up and no extra bedding provided.

Good would use again if going to Arena for a concert.
Pros:

Parking was good and easy. Very close to Arena, 5.minutes walk. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Breakfast went cold very quickly due to excessive air conditioning in buffet area.

The bed was like sleeping on a door and every time i move it creeked like an old sailing ship. The wallpaper was peeling and some random toy dinosaur sat on top of the door frame

Good hotel at a great location with friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Lovely room, comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent lunch in restaurant bar. Great choice at breakfast but cooked food not very hot.

Cons:

Requested a shower but only a bath when checking in. Finally managed to source room with shower but a high step to access it and no grab handles. Proper walk in shower would be preferable.

Pros:

Zimmer war okay und in einem gut unterhaltenen Zustand. Wenigstens ein USB Port zum direkten aufladen von USB Geräten sollte heutzutage standard sein.
Lage ist eigentlich okay. Personal ist hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Abwickung der Kunden am Schalter ist träge. Für eine Übernachtung musste ich insgesamt 40-45 Min meiner Zeit an der Rezeption für Check-in, Rechnungsanpassung und Check-out verbringen. Das, weil das die Hotelsoftware offenbar nur sehr langsam funktioniert und zudem nur 3 von 8 Schalter trotz langer Schlange von über 15 Gästen betrieben wurden.

Rats outside the building. The corridors and rooms smelt fusty! I ordered food (fish and chips), I waited for 25 minutes and was then told it was unavailable!
Room was too hot and too small, double room, no where to move around!
