Swimming Pool Policy & Booking Process:

- An adult must be in the water in the pool/jacuzzi at all times with junior guests who are under the age of 16

- An adult can supervise a maximum of 2 junior guests aged under 16

- Children aged under 8 are not permitted to use the Jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room.

- Booking the pool and wet leisure areas in advance is highly recommended. You can either visit the club when you arrive at the hotel to book or call the LivingWell Team on 01217806359 to make a booking

- The last entry to the pool and wet leisure areas is 60 minutes prior to closing time, and facilities close 15 minutes before closing time

Pros:

How close to the convention

Cons:

The fact that my bath leaked from over flow. Toilet did not flush properly and the shower head was falling off and the tap came away sink.

Very clean - good food but expensive - good location but the lane way at night time is off putting

Would 100% stay again.
Pros:

Location was so helpful for Comicom at the NEC that weekend. Staff were lovely and helpful and the rooms were cosy. Nice little view from the balcony over the lake. Booked two rooms, my friends room was accomodating for 3 people, very spacious aswell. Mine and my partners room was smaller but still well kept. Both rooms had lovely layouts and were riggt next to eachother.

It just tasted nice and had no issues. Drinks were nice too.

Our stay was fantastic as always.
Pros:

The location is great for the events we travel for, the hotel is lovely, the staff are friendly, its always clean and tidy, the pool and facilities are great.

Cons:

The pool facilities would benefit from a member of staff being available while people are using the facilities.
