Upgraded to a better room
Nothing to comment
Great location for conference at Vox. Friendly reception staff. Nice bar area and gym/pool. Excellent rooms with good cooling system.
Service charge for ordering food at table. Parking fee is pricey for guests.
That is was in walking distance of BP Pulse live .
Very crowded. Breakfast was good but you could not get fruit or yogurt as people queuing for cooked food . Food stations need to be re - arranged . No breakfast tables available had to sit in main bar area .
The hotel facilities were great
Parking - £20 with no free alternative. This is an out of town location with no other reason to visit other than to be at the hotel..so why the prohibitive pricing?
Appreciate you are a convention hotel, but the volume of Narcotics anonymous attendees, did not make the hotel in anyway comfortable
Convenient for conference
Room had cobwebs and flys
The restaurant was amazing and such a perfect location to get to the BP Live arena
The aircon was a little weak thankfully it wasn’t a heatwave day.
Great location clean and great coffee for breakfast
Bed was large and very comfy, two chairs
Air con was poor, bathroom small, lacked style, felt more like a premier inn that a luxury hotel
Room spotless, staff fab, breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again.
room 422, lovely clean room but extreanly warm, air con not working , fan did little without having the window open but noisey carpark.
Good location for the NEC
Expensive
Bathroom door did not close
Overly busy at time of staying, so extremely noisy and the queue for the bar was ridiculous
Breakfast was varied and good, apart from the muahrooms.
The Breakfast Mushrooms
The average bar food (very basic for what you pay)
The over priced coffee
The Car Parking Fees for staying guests.... This was very expensive for this and a shock for most people I spoke to also.
It was close to Pulse
Very overpriced at £240 a night with no breakfast for a Queen room, that sounds like an upgraded room, but very standard and over looking the noisy chiller units, dirty tea cups, only one bath towel for two people, very hard mattress and creaky bed. On arrival there was a narcotics anonymous convention going on in the foyer that was very busy and noisy with people sitting and laying on the floor outside and when we checked out
