Swimming Pool Policy & Booking Process:

- An adult must be in the water in the pool/jacuzzi at all times with junior guests who are under the age of 16

- An adult can supervise a maximum of 2 junior guests aged under 16

- Children aged under 8 are not permitted to use the Jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room.

- Booking the pool and wet leisure areas in advance is highly recommended. You can either visit the club when you arrive at the hotel to book or call the LivingWell Team on 01217806359 to make a booking

- The last entry to the pool and wet leisure areas is 60 minutes prior to closing time, and facilities close 15 minutes before closing time

The location is perfect for the NEC

Cons:

We stayed 2 nights, the room wasn't cleaned during our stay, the electric in the room blew when we switched on the heater (the room was freezing as the window was broken and wouldn't close) and the kettle so had to wait for maintenance to come and sort. Breakfast is poor, not worth the £20

Nice, but wouldn't recommend or stay again, lot nicer hotels in the area
Pros:

Property was modern and clean and well presented even during the refurbishment

Cons:

lack of signage, food quality was shocking and staff in some areas are brilliant, but front of house was just rude, ignorant and showed no empathy

Great stay
Pros:

The room was lovely, spacious and really comfortable. The bed was extremely comfy and I had a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was excellent – spotlessly clean, modern and well stocked with plenty of toiletries. Overall, the room felt like a really good standard and made for a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

There wasn’t really anything I disliked about the stay. The food was okay rather than exceptional, and the bar was extremely busy, particularly at peak times, but neither of these things really impacted our stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable experience.

Easy to access and plenty of parking available.

Cons:

The spa was closed and the staffs attitude towards any compensation for this was this facilities are complimentary and they could only offer free parking. It should be made clearer that the facilities are not available when booking through booking.com.

Pros:

Close to the NEC, good breakfast and friendly staff. Room was also nice

Cons:

Pool was closed due to renovation. The carpet in our bedroom wasn’t very clean.
