Swimming Pool Policy & Booking Process:

- An adult must be in the water in the pool/jacuzzi at all times with junior guests who are under the age of 16

- An adult can supervise a maximum of 2 junior guests aged under 16

- Children aged under 8 are not permitted to use the Jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room.

- Booking the pool and wet leisure areas in advance is highly recommended. You can either visit the club when you arrive at the hotel to book or call the LivingWell Team on 01217806359 to make a booking

- The last entry to the pool and wet leisure areas is 60 minutes prior to closing time, and facilities close 15 minutes before closing time

Not happy with my stay

Lift being out of service and at one point non was working or coming. It was good I was on the first floor so I could take the stairs.

Pros:

For a deluxe room it didn't seem very much different any other room we'd had anywhere else, except for the bed which was huge.
The breakfast was amazing.
No biscuits on the tea/coffee tray but that's just nit picking :)

Cons:

Check in was a nightmare but the staff did the best they could with the sheer amount of people booking in to rooms as well as some conference that was going on.
