Pros:

Excellent value for money! Spacious and clean. Nice quiet area and close to two train stations and some useful shops and nice restaurants.

Cons:

We stayed for nearly a week in the middle of summer. I didn't mind that the room wasn't cleaned but it would be nice to have some clear instructions on how to dispose of rubbish because our rubbish bin got full and it started to stink.

Very nice apartment in original low-rise neighborhood with super easy access to subway and train
Pros:

Very nice and spacious apartment, very comfortable for a family of 4. Separate toilet, shower and bathtub rooms. Extra toilets in the hallway. All necessities are provided for like laundry soap, dishwashing soap, shower gel, shampoo, basic cleaners. Heavenly A/C after a summer day in the city. Uncomplicated non-face-to-face check-in/out but quick responses when needed. Very nice original low-rise little neighbourhood only 4 minutes to the next subway station and 10 minutes to a JR station.

5 nuits à Tokyo!!
Pros:

L'emplacement au calme est idéal ainsi que la bouche de Métro Iriya à 200m, la Yamanote Line à 5 minutes à pied, appartement japonais très bien équipé au calme et propre.
L'accès à la chambre en Self Checkin et checkout en 5 minutes.. réception Numéro et code d'accès chambre sur téléphone au top!!!
Les équipements au top !!! Une machine à laver avec lessive à dispo...tout le nécessaire de toilettes, produits de bain, serviettes .... franchement tout équipé...la cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut

Je ne vois même pas!!!!
Il y a ce qu'il faut pour un agréable séjour !!!

Pros:

Loved the spaciousness for our large family. Beds were super comfortable. Tatami mat lounge area gave a Japanese feel to our stay compared to a standard Western style hotel room. Location was great and quiet.

Cons:

Not having the flexibility to leave luggage before or after check-in complicated logistics a little. Lobby was a little cramped.

Ottimo appartamento, posizione strategica, ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, 5 minuti dalla fermata del treno (linea Yamanote, ottima per girare tutta la città)
Appartamento tipico giapponese, letti comodi.

Cons:

Bagno WC la ventola funziona poco (bagno chiuso). Attrezzatura cucina da rivedere (pochi elementi).

would not recommend as too far away from most tourist sites and the breakfast was awful.

The breakfast cost was a waste of time. They give you vouchers for a place down the street that has only one option for breakfast and even that was not good quality

Pros:

ゆっくりくつろげて、家のような空間で設備も整っていて良かったです。

Cons:

玄関の下駄箱がいっぱいだったので部屋まで持って靴を持って行きました。同じ靴などもあると間違えもあるかもしれないと感じました。

A Spacious Japanese Stay with Tatami Comfort
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Yadoya Airbnb. The room was very spacious — we stayed comfortably with four beds, plus a tatami-style living room and extra futons, which was perfect for our group.

The kitchen area was well set up, and the entire place was very clean and well maintained. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all of my questions and making the stay smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend this place for families or groups of friends looking for space, comfort, and a great host. Would definitely stay here again!
