Friendly, comfortable, enjoyable experience
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, bed very comfortable. Food was lovely

Cons:

Think Bathrooms need a little more tlc as far as cleaning is concerned. On the whole it was ok but build up on shower screen glass bed needs a good scrub

Pros:

Jeanette Gen manager and reception staff very helpful and friendly. All staff friendly would definitely recommend location close to family and friends and easy bus access to downtown

Aggys 1st weekend at the lansdowne
Pros:

It was lovely spotless staff brilliant the cleaning ladies were so lovely and friendly when we were walking along the corridors 100% recommend it.

Pros:

Beds were really comfy, though alot of noise from other guests in rooms next to us with banging doors and shouting. Staff were friendly tho security / bouncer did ask me were I was taking my Chinese delivery too, really any of his business.

Cons:

Apart from being asked were I was taking my Chinese too and noise I don't think il be back again.

Pros:

I liked the complimentary snacks, water and other things. The room was spacious and very welcoming.

Cons:

The shower head did have a build up of black grime and it affected the direction of the water flow.
