Fair value for money
Pros:

The lady at the reception was great, polite and so kind.

Cons:

The room was really warm, couldn’t leave the window open because of the noise from the main road. Pillows need changed and should definitely supply spares in the wardrobe.

Can’t say there was anything particularly positive about this stay

Cons:

The room was like a sweat box no air con which yes it get it’s Northern Ireland but there are hotels with air con to keep the room from being unbearable

Pros:

The receptionist was great, we struggled to get a taxi from the hotel as they were all booked out but she kept trying. We ended up getting the bus but all turned out well.

Friendly, comfortable, enjoyable experience
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, bed very comfortable. Food was lovely

Cons:

Think Bathrooms need a little more tlc as far as cleaning is concerned. On the whole it was ok but build up on shower screen glass bed needs a good scrub

Jeanette Gen manager and reception staff very helpful and friendly. All staff friendly would definitely recommend location close to family and friends and easy bus access to downtown

Aggys 1st weekend at the lansdowne
Pros:

It was lovely spotless staff brilliant the cleaning ladies were so lovely and friendly when we were walking along the corridors 100% recommend it.
