A good location quite close to the ferry terminal and good for our onward journey.

It was way to hot in the room, you need to provide for customers at least a fan to cool down, only in late night was comfortable to sleep

Fair value for money
Pros:

The lady at the reception was great, polite and so kind.

Cons:

The room was really warm, couldn’t leave the window open because of the noise from the main road. Pillows need changed and should definitely supply spares in the wardrobe.

Can’t say there was anything particularly positive about this stay

Cons:

The room was like a sweat box no air con which yes it get it’s Northern Ireland but there are hotels with air con to keep the room from being unbearable

The receptionist was great, we struggled to get a taxi from the hotel as they were all booked out but she kept trying. We ended up getting the bus but all turned out well.
