Good location, very warm in sunny weather, no attention to extras
Pros:

Good location ,

Cons:

Very warm room, no AC and windows can only be opened a tiny bit. We Had booked a travel cot and received confirmation. No travel cot in the room on arrival, asked again and it was set up without any bedding. Asked reception for bedding , was given an enormous sheet (after the reception staff had finished their chat…)

Great location, very clean, rooms are a bit tired.
Pros:

Great location, clean rooms, staff great.

Cons:

Rooms are in need of refurbishing. Cracked sink, marks in plaster, tired decor. No fridge in room. No Airconditioning, only a fan. Paid for a room with a view of the botanical gardens, but all I could see were the trees along the road.

Horrendous
Pros:

Absolutely nothing accept the location.

Cons:

The unbearable heat of the “signature suite” we booked which was outdated, dusty and dirty (dead flies on the windowsill and a woman’s tweezers). I then complained about the heat of the room and had to wait two hours for housekeeping to bring fans. The fans made no difference to unbearable heat and stuffy atmosphere in the room. I may add i had this booked for over a year as I was staying here before during and after my wedding at Oran mor. I didn’t even get so much as a glass of wine or card to congratulate me and staff were the most incompetent staff I have ever come across in my life. Not only that, I had to sleep in a smaller, cooler room and in the morning of my wedding I went for a shower and shower head fell off. I complained to a manager Fraser in the morning and said I would need another cool room again for the evening of my wedding and he said he would sort it for me returning. He did not. I had argue with the reception to get a cool room the night of my wedding when I came back. Awful experience and will be complaining further to seek some sort of compensation for this diabolical stay!!! Totally unimpressed with the hotel itself but the incompetent staff who seemed like it was their first day on the job made it even worse! I am embarrassed my friends and family had to stay here. Absolutely abysmal!!! I am still in shock

I loved the location and the facade. The room could have been equipped with a microwave/toaster.
Pros:

The breakfast could be more varied - the main course that is.

Cons:

Lack of variation - there was sausage, bacon, beans everyday!

Short. Very convenient location, a little tired.
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

I didn’t like the nonchalant way the staff dealt with check-in. Quite old fashioned, required the swipe of a card for security as opposed to an Apple Pay transaction. I don’t make the rules says the receptionist. I don’t often carry a card but was lucky to have one that day.
