Pros:

Staff were friendly. Plenty of clean towels in the room .Room was of a a bit small for 3 of us but overall it was good

Cons:

I did request 2 single beds instead of a double as i had my 15 yr old son and his friend so sleeping arrangements we had to compromise with the sofa seats as a bed on the floor

Great nights stay.
Pros:

Pros:

Parkplatz war kostenlos. Personal sehr freundlich. Preisgünstig.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr alt. Klima gab laute Geräusche von sich (mussten wir nachts ausstellen). Das Couchbett für 2 Kinder war viel zu klein (da passt Max. 1Erwachsener rein). Frühstücksbüffet war zwar kostenlos, jedoch von minderer Qualität und Geschirr war teilweise noch schmutzig (da würde ich lieber mehr zahlen für bessere Qualität).

Ideal overnight location for us to reach the airport early next day.
Pros:

Staff were all very helpful and the general facilities in the hotel were good.

Cons:

The room was a bit 'scruffy' and the (double) bed a bit small. It seemed like it was an 'accessible' room with emergency pull cords and safety rails.

Pros:

I liked the location to the NEC and the staff were mainly friendly.

Cons:

I had a swearing screaming person in the room next to me that kept me awake. The room smelt damp and was dusty. The cups in the room were dusty too.
