Kind, thoughtful staff; clean cool property
Pros:

The check-in staff were extremely kind and considerate. I was staying because of a family funeral and they were so nice to us.
The room was really well air-conditioned and I got the best sleep I'd had in days.

good value for money stay , convenient for airport, excellent choice for breakfast to cover all tastes

Cons:

air conditonng unit was on all night, very noisy and couldnt turn it off, had to remove key card/power supply.
The parking charge of £30 or £15 with reduction is very steep considering we only stayed from 3am to 10am

Pros:

Everything went well, and we had a very good overall experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and met our expectations.

Cons:

Although we were aware of the parking fee before booking, we felt that the daily charge was quite expensive. Other than that, everything else met our expectations.

Comfortable enough stay with an enjoyable breakfast.
Pros:

The room was clean and the air conditioning was a welcome bonus as was the clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast in the morning was very good with something for everyone cooked and uncooked. Unfortunately I had the misfortune of finding unwashed mugs in with the clean ones when making my coffee at breakfast on the first morning. I pointed this out to the breakfast attendant who took note to report the matter.

Cons:

Not very keen on the ‘wet-room’ aspect of the bathroom. Would have preferred an enclosed shower as just about the whole floor was wet when I was using the toilet or sink.
