Staff were really friendly and super helpful.
Pros:

I was not happy with one of the staff change my room big one and put me into small rooms very disappointed

Cons:

Shower stool in wet room not very safe to sit ononly small husband did not feel safe to shower breakfast very slow at putting food out stsff where not very helpful in breakfast .

Pros:

Felt like we were getting good value for money. Staff were all really lovely and went out of their way to help. Children thought the breakfast was the greatest thing ever. Walking distance from NEC
