Excellent we have been here before for family get togethers and the staff are excellent.
Pros:

It was very comfortable and spacious. Only one minor issue with a small leak in the bathroom. I reported it to reception and the excellent staff were going to send someone to look at it after I checked out. The breakfast is really good with a wide variety to pick from and the staff are very friendly and helpful as it is a busy time in the restaurant.

We accidentally left some items in the room and a staff member called Olivia was very helpful in sending them back to us

Comfortable stopover but extra pet and parking charges made it expensive.
Pros:

Easy to find, staff pleasant and efficient. Room was a good size and the bed comfortable. We were only on a quick stopover so can’t comment on the restaurant or other facilities.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking and the pet charge is unnecessarily expensive.

Great location for an overnight stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from. They know how to fry bacon and make delicious fried tomatoes. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Good, easy to find, location just off junction 15 on the southbound M1.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking. We booked a room for two people but the room we were given only had one chair in it. Another was provided promptly after we asked.
