Amazing customer service
Pros:

Had great service and the customer experience was excellent. Nicha was amazing and very understanding. She moved heaven and earth to accommodate our request. Just the kind of start we need.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Have stayed here a number of times and have noticed that have a constant staff presence, so clearly the staff enjoy working there too.
I was greeted at reception by Angela who was extremely helpful as always and made sure I was happy with my room choice and parking.

Handy location - friendly staff
Pros:

Great location for a 1:1 meeting with a colleague… Tilly helped us get settled in and gave some great tips about the hotel… thanks to her we’re now thinking of using this hotel for a larger team meetings given its location and facilities.

Nice to be back!
Pros:

So happy to be back at a Hilton hotel. From a professional and engaging Angela at check in, to the good food and swift service, it was a pleasure to stay here. Location very good for business in the Northampton area and parking ample. Overall a great stay, with only 1 tiny item keeping it from 5 stars, being the lack of A/C. I know the weather is exceptionally hot, but A/C in the long term would be a wise investment I feel. Other than that the rooms we lovely and clean/comfortable.

Disappointing
Pros:

Staff were kind and did their best to manage guests over heating.

Cons:

During the hottest weekend of the year so far, we were really looking forward to an air conditioned room. Sadly. Not advertised sufficiently that the rooms do not have air conditioning. We had friends staying at the Holiday Inn who had air conditioning as standard and for almost half the price.

Nice stay with 3 kids and husband. Good sized family rooms and staff very helpful.
Pros:

Cleanliness, ease of checking in/ out, early breakfast, rooms good size.

Cons:

No AC in rooms. But hotel did make arrangements to help guest, eg fans in rooms, hydration/ sun cream station at reception and ice pops for kids.
