This is not it.
Pros:

Room was decent

Cons:

When I arrived 30 mins before check in I was given a room and keys. I walked into a dirty room that had not yet been cleaned from the previous guest. I went back downstairs to let staff know. I was told to take a seat and wait. I asked about other rooms available and was told to just wait. I waited in the lobby for an hour and 20 minutes. I didn’t get into my room until an entire hour past check in time.

A great break from reality
Pros:

Lovely energy, the staff are make it so. What a world of difference it makes to feel welcomed & not just another tedious customer. Makes me want to be the best hotel guest I can be! Also, very clean.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Pros:

ligging was prima voor waar wij moesten zijn. goede ruime parkeerplaats, vriendelijke mensen achter de receptie en in het restaurant al waren deze allemaal wel erg jong.

Cons:

kwaliteit van de kamer. de kamer is nodig aan een opknapbeurt toe! viezigheid onder het bed, schimmel in de badkamer en op veel plaatsen was de verf ondertussen toch echt verdwenen.

Pros:

The breakfast was simply excellent. And the staff was genuinely friendly. The room was surprisingly spacious - almost as big as the Norwich airport terminal (which is one of the nicest airports I have experienced).

Very good location and an excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. We did not have dinner. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. However, the WiFi was very poor.

Stay not bad but whole experience not good at all as the hotel refused to refund our £150 without any explanation and no

The hotel is good, we enjoyed our stay and the meals were delicious.

Cons:

The fact that it’s been 2 weeks since we checked out and have not received our refund of £150( put down for any extra expenses we incur in the hotel).
I was told this would go back to my card immediately after checking out and l did insist on the money has we were needed it for our holiday in Lincolnshire.
I had to take my family on holiday & stretch my finances as this hotel refused to refund my money.

I called again twice and the same story of funds will be returned to my card within a few days ( from immediately to within 3 days). It has been 2 weeks plus and nothing has been returned.

Is this how you treat customers??
It’s appalling for a company as holiday inn to treat us this way.

Everything was great
Pros:

I liked that there was a pool at the hotel which made the stay even better.
There was a problem with my room and the receptionist upgraded me to a premium room which was very kind.
