Holiday stop over before flight ✈️
Pros:

Friendly staff on arrival, Lovely clean room.Room service was very good and had good choice of meals .I was on crutches so had a room on ground floor .it is very near Norwich airport

Nice and convenient
Pros:

Great location and nice friendly staff, rooms were comfortable and seemed nice and clean, we used this for an early flight from Norwich airport as only a short walk in the morning.

Cons:

Just a towel with a questionable red stain but everything else was fine, tea and coffee not great in the room and very basic for the price of the room

Lovely clean friendly hotel. Due to our very late check in, I don’t feel we got our moneys worth
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Lots of choice. Thought the separate children’s and gluten free tables were a great idea.

Cons:

When I booked I asked for an earlier check in. We were visiting friends so wanted to freshen up after a long journey before we met them as we knew we would be out late. Unfortunately the room wasn’t ready by 11:45 so we didn’t check in until 10pm.

No sleep due to poor room
Pros:

Clean and staff were friendly

Cons:

The room was in the 3rd floor with no window, a helix with a blind but no natural air so had to rely on aircon to regulate temperature…. Only light was bed side lights and walls very thin so could hear next door snoring! Woke by seagulls at 5am …all

We will definitely visit this hotel again when in the area. Excellent quality and value for money.
Pros:

We really liked the lovely clean spacious room with a powerful shower which had a non - slip mat. We had a gorgeous swim in the warm 31 degree swimming pool. It was very relaxing. The Hotel Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.
