Pros:

Удачное месторасположение отеля - буквально 3-4 минуты ходьбы от пагоды Диких Гусей и популярной пешеходной улицы. Также рядом хороший торговый центр.
Отличные завтраки - любой найдет себе еду по вкусу. Есть и детские позиции - то, что любят дети.
Персонал отзывчивый по всем вопросам - будь то доставки или организация праздника. Отмечали в ресторане при отеле день рождение - была украшенная зона столика, торт со свечкой, десерты в подарок от отеля. Стоит отметить ещё еду в данном ресторане - изысканная китайская кухня. Мы остались очень довольны.
Интерьеры отеля и его территории в китайском стиле, как нам и хотелось при выборе отеля - чтобы он соответствовал атмосфере самого города. И это оказалось 100% попадание.

Hotel is beautiful so it’s A good experience!
Pros:

Beautiful architecture, polite and helpful
Staff, good room size and comfortable beds.
Close to tourist sites. There is a shopping mall near by where u can find many restaurants. You can also order food and get it delivered to the hotel. Hotel breakfast has so many options and change varieties during our stay. Taxi is easy to take.

Great location, beautiful setting, booking process dampened the stay
Pros:

Great location and lovely setting

Cons:

Booked for 3 people but was informed that had to pay extra for a bed and breakfast for 3rd person. Hotel manager helped and did not charge anything extra but issue is with booking process not making it clear of the hotel policy.

Buona struttura e buona posizione a Xi’an.

Cons:

Personale incapace di parlare inglese e parecchio ottuso.
A causa di un loro banalissimo errore di pagamento, mi hanno fatto perdere 1 ora e 7 minuti d’orologio, nonostante cercassi di spiegar loro che si trattava di un non problema.
Non c’è stato verso di far cambiare loro idea.
Strumentale è stata una comunicazione con la banca che ha detto… di fare come suggerivo da più di un’ora!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a serene Chinese garden courtyard that was picture perfect. The staff (particularly Mancy and Angel) were extremely courteous and helpful in attending to our various needs and clarifications.

Pros:

Struttura a due passi dalla via principale, camere pulite e spaziose.
Servizio di lavanderia molto rapido, noi abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e in un giorno avevo i panni pronti.
C’è servizi bar con macchina caffè espresso,colazione con offerta ampia europea e cinese.

Serene and calming vibes
Pros:

Location is excellent, Breakfast was nice with tons of eastern and western choices, hotel grounds were beautiful, rooms were spacious and clean. Angel who works at the front desk was super helpful with all the questions we had about the hotel, cabs, and local restaurants recommendations. Check out was also super speedy.

Cons:

Wi-fi was not great, the weather was not especially hot during our stay with the windows open but at night it can get noisy with the peacock and ducks, asked about the air-con but was told the central air was not turned on yet. Mini fridge was not cold. It's more like a cabinet for your drinks.

Beautiful hotel with excellent management.
Pros:

Beautifully appointed and decorated. Ancient mixed with modern style that was very peaceful to be in. Excellent service.
We had a small misunderstanding with the laundry service due to language barrier but the management went out of their way to resolve it for us and ensure we left on a good note.
