予約システムが最悪

廻りにレストラン、コンビニが近く便利でした。

Cons:

この度このホテルを利用しましたが問題が発生しました。事前に予約完了のメイルももらっており予約番号もありました。しかし現地にてチェックする際にホテル側より予約がないとの。その後Booking.comへ電話しましたがそこでは予約は完了しており問題ないはずとのことで、とても困りました。

最終的に空室があり、なんとかチェックインできましたが予約番号もあるにもかかわらず予約されていないと大問題です。最後はフロントの人がFamily Nameの同じ人がいたのでダブルに予約されたのかと思いキャンセルされたのではないかと言っており本当にひどい話です。これが理由であればひどい話でFamily Nameが同じひとなら多くいるはずで、ぜひ改善してほしいです。

During my arrival, there was no parking available, which was immediately inconvenient. The facility itself was in poor condition and noticeably unclean. From the elevator to my room, the smell and overall appearance reflected a lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness, leaving a disappointing first impression.

快適でした。
Pros:

滞在の目的はエンゼルスタジアムでの野球観戦だったので、徒歩で行ける立地の良さ、周辺の治安の良さ。無料の朝食付きだったこと。お部屋は広く清潔でした。

Great stay, great staff & great experience!
Pros:

The staff was great. Anything we asked for we were given with a smile. Our room & kitchen were very clean. This stay was very pleasant & I would recommend family/friends to stay here. Great place to stay.
