There were several very hot days during our stay, and the air conditioning was set to 24°C. The room remained uncomfortably warm, and despite our requests, the temperature was not lowered. This resulted in significant discomfort and negatively affected our overall experience.
Stayed here for one week everything was perfect i cannot fault this hotel in anyway from cleanliness to location to the infinity pool with stunning view surrounded by mountains and to top it a beautiful view of the beach and sea .
We only had breakfast here each morning and service was excellent cook breakfast menu and a buffet choices salads to fruit yogurts cerels and even had almond and rice milk !!
We walked into the old town most evenings there are loads of resturants to chose from and all at a ressonable price .
If you dont want to be sunbathing everyday there are loads of watersports you can do or go to visit Kotos and do the Alpine and cable ride honestly there is no getting bored here
Had a great stay! The breakfast buffet and rooftop infinity pool with pool bar were the top highlights but the staff was also excellent and attentive and our 2 bedroom family suite with balcony was so spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!
First impression of the hotel was Wow! We love a bit of luxury and that's what we got walking in and seeing the beautiful decor and glassware. We were invited to enjoy a glass of champagne in the bar by Lubitza(?) whilst our room was being prepared and we were then upgraded to a sea view room with balcony and a high spec bathroom. The room was so comfortable and well air conditioned, it was a joy to come back to after a day's sightseeing or sunbathing. The cleaning staff were exceptional and our room was serviced to a very high standard every day. There was so much to choose from at breakfast each morning. We didn't catch the names of all the staff but Dragana was so efficient and always had a smile on her face. As others have said, the view from the rooftop with bar, restaurant and infinity pool was spectacular. We didn't have to go into the old town every night as everything was laid on at the hotel.
Decided to stay at this hotel for our wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed.
Upon arriving at the hotel we notice a new build going up next door, but because of the heat, all work had been suspended.
Check-in was excellent, room wasn’t quite ready and we were given a complementary glass of champagne while we waited.
Emina and Suzana are the 2 stand out members of a tremendous hotel team, both are so helpful, friendly and always happy to give advice.
Our room was a junior suite, which was huge and so clean. The housekeeping team do a great job.
The rooftop terrace and pool is also lovely and such great views across the bay.
A taxi into the old town costs 4-5 euros and reception will provide the number. Ensure you use the same company coming back as the taxi rank crooks in town will try and charge you 20 euros to get back to the hotel.
Breakfast is also really good, buffet style and plenty of options.
This is a superb hotel, not as close to the beach as the photos appear to show but only a 5 min walk.
We loved Montenegro and when we return, we will certainly stay at this hotel again.
The reception team is great, though we came in much after 15:00pm and our room was not ready yet, they handled it quite quickly.
Our room was very big and tidy, though we did not get a sea view rather a construction site which was not operating to our luck !
The swimming pool on the rooftop with view of the sea was exquisite, and there's a nice bar and restaurant.
We did not use the fitness center, but it seems fair enough.
We took SPA treatments - they are not cheap.
Breakfast is very good with a variety of cheese and ham, hot and cold drinks, fresh and cooked vegetables, freshly made eggs on the spot - at your choice, yogurt and dried fruits, nuts and almonds, chia seeds etc., an assortment of sweets.
They also serve lunch and dinner for extra cost.
No vanity kit in the bathroom was quite a bad surprise for such a hotel.
The hotel is very close to the beach but a fair walking distance from the old city which is the main place to hang out (approx. 1.5 km), but this is a matter of choice.
The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The rooftop pool area is beautiful with plenty of seating space, though the pool water itself was very cold.
The check-in process took over 40 minutes even though there was only one couple ahead of us, who also had to wait a very long time. The view from our room was of a construction site, and when we approached the front desk, their response was simply that we hadn't paid for a view; they said they would look into what could be done but never got back to us. The air conditioner in the room is covered for some reason, which restricts the airflow. We also had a leak from the shower that went unaddressed, and the showerhead is way overdue for a replacement. Lastly, our room was never cleaned during the day throughout our entire stay, and we had to call them specifically just to get it done.
Very new and beautifully maintained. Staff exceptionally helpful at all time. Room big and well equipped, excellent air conditioning. Pool and bar area was first class.
Breakfast was a little bit and miss for the UK traveller but one does find a nice combination of foods after a couple of days.
מלון ברמה מאוד גבוהה! הכל היה מושלם!!
Check in left a great impression on us - staff were lovely and we got a room upgrade plus a glass of champagne, which was well received after driving from Kotor in heavy traffic! Car park was €10 a day - some spaces were pretty small as the parking is underground.
We were upgraded to a family room which was massive! We had a huge comfy bed and a sea view - this does overlook a main road so could sometimes be noisy but not enough to keep us awake. The balcony wrapped all round the lounge and bedroom.
Breakfast was included in our rate and there was a decent selection. The hotel has a great rooftop area with plenty loungers and an infinity pool - complete suntrap. You can use the sister hotel if a beach is preferred.
The hotel is a 20 min walk to old town but we preferred the location in order to have the space and the option of sitting by the pool. Really enjoyed our stay.
The staff, Elizabeth, George at the concierge they made our vacation perfect!
The guy : too small, starts at 9am it would have been better if it opens earlier before 7.
This hotel is excellent!every member of staff couldn’t be more helpful,it’s lovely and clean and in an ideal location!
The room we stayed in was very spacious, and even though the hotel is on a main road you can’t hear the traffic.
The pool/bar on the roof gives excellent views of the sea, town and surrounding scenery.
Some reviews say it’s a long walk to the old town,it’s not really,15-20 minutes, but you pass plenty of bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours that you could stop on the way if needed.
The breakfast had a good selection, didn’t eat in the restaurant but had a coupe of snacks from the pool bar, burger and pizza, and they were both very good and reasonably priced!
From the pool bar you can see a lot of building work going on,and just hope that in the future the view won’t be too affected.
Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
Plenty of breakfast food options, and a nice outdoor terrace available, but often we couldn't sit there due to smokers sadly. Staff very friendly and hospitable, and gave my son a couple of lovely treats on his birthday. The kids loved the free sweets in reception!
As it's right on a main road, and by a set of traffic lights, there can be some road noise by day and night.
Nice hotel, rooms are good - super rooftop with restaurant, bar and swimming pool.
Staff is helpful and nice.
Very good price for quality.
There are some works next to the hotel but normal for Montenegro and even more for Budva !
Breakfast in room could be better but it is ok and we have not tried the buffet which I am sure is great !
Sehr grosses Zimmer, gute Lage, sauber und leise, gutes Frühstücksbüffet
Mein Zimmer hat direkt Aussicht auf einen unfertigen Neubau gezeigt.
