Новый, приятный отель
Чисто - хорошая уборка
Достаточно разнообразный завтрак
Хорошее качество еды
Отзывчивый персонал - все готовы объяснить, показать, помочь. Любой вопрос решался очень быстро (включая ранний заезд).
Номер - комната на 2 взрослых и 2 детей - отличная по размеру, все очень красиво и приятно. Замечу отличную звукоизоляцию, тихо. Очень удобная кровать, хорошие подушки. Хороший набор полотенец, меняют каждый день.
Вид из номера - у нас был на стройку, но было очень тихо. были другие номера с шикарным видом на море или горы.
В здании отеля супермаркет со всем необходимым- очень удобно. В относительной близости курортная зона, улица с магазинами и торговый центр, рестораны на любой вкус, минут 20-25 ходьбы до старого города.

Cons:

Расстояние до собственного пляжа отеля - минут 20 пешком. Мы так и не нашли - когда пришли туда, куда объяснил администратор на ресепшен - нам сказали, что это пляж относящийся к другому отелю и вход воспрещен. Допускаю, что это мы не разобрались, но это не отменяет расстояния. В целом в 5-7 минутах ходьбы есть хороший пляж, но лежаки за доп плату.
Сервис в ресторане при отеле - очень слабо для 4-5 звездного отеля. Особенно официанты - роняют, проливают напитки, приносят уже после того, как все съедено. Путают заказы, приносят дважды одно и то же / не приносят вообще.
Напитки и алкоголь- на ужине нет даже воды. Это очень большой минус. Я уже не говорю про чай/кофе. Даже за бутылку воды надо будет заплатить 3-4 евро. И в целом алкогольные коктейли не вкусные, хотя очень дорогие.
Расстроил единственный маленький открытый бассейн- точно не годится на 5*. Но хочу заметить, что он был теплым, чистым, ребенок купался с удовольствием.

Pros:

Everything is super clean. The staff are amazing and very welcoming. The room was great and with a lot of space. The breakfast and the hotel restaurant were amazing. We defiantly come back.

Cons:

I wish it would have been an easier way to get to the beach of the hotel. Maybe a club car.

ליד המלון היו מגרשי טניס וכדורגל סינטטי, קרו מאוד לחוף הים.
החדרים היו גדולים מרווחים ונקיים.
הבריכה יפה נקייה ומושקעת ומשקיפה לנוף מהמם ופסטורלי

מעט רחוק ממרכז העיר בודווה ( 7 דק' נסיעה במונית או רכב פרטי)

Pros:

Svideo nam se enterijer hotela, osoblje ljubazno. Bazen prelep.

Cons:

Dorucak nije bio ukusan za nase kriterijume. Prespori liftovi. Nije nam se svidela terasa, jer smo je bukvalno delili sa sobom pored nase, odvajale su ih samo dve niske saksije sa cvecem. Pogled na magacin ne bih ni komentarisala.

המלון נחמד מאוד . הצוות בסדר .ארוחת בוקר מצויינת .המיקום דיי קרוב להכל בהליכה של 10-15 דקות .
שידרגו לי את החדר אבל עדיין חדר קצת מיושן .

היה כל הזמן ריח של החדר אוכל במסדרונות ובמדרגות וזה לא נעים . המיני בר לא עבד ולמרות שביקשתי כמה פעמים לא סידרו הייתי צריך לקרר שתיה על המזגן ..
