It was decent but definitely not a 5*
Pros:

The front desk staff were very friendly and the champagne on arrival was a nice touch. The infinity pool has a lovely view. The bed was big and comfortable. Easy access to various dinner options and a short walk to the old town.

Cons:

Most of the balconies face onto building works or onto a busy main road. The breakfast was not very good in terms of quality and variety - fish fingers and soggy onion rings?! Not what you’d expect at a 5* hotel for breakfast. The service around the pool was hit and miss and there was no atmosphere on the rooftop. You can use the 4* Ibero Star Bellevue private beach but no one mentioned this to us and only found out by looking at reviews online. The cleaners come everyday (who are very nice) but that carpet needs a good hoover!

great value for money
Pros:

The hotel looks brand new and perfectly clean. Our room was spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the good breakfast and the excellent rooftop pool. The convenient underground parking was also a big plus, available for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The hotel is not very close to the Old Town. It takes about a leisurely 20-minute walk along the promenade to get there.

Pros:

Veldig fint hotell med hyggelig personale. Lå fint til med mange fine restauranter langs stranda/havna kun en kort gåtur unna. Kun 15 min å gå til Old town. Frokosten var veldig bra!

הבריכה בגג המלון והאווירה שם.
השירות של כל הצוות בקבלה ובחדר האוכל וגם שירות החדרים.,

ארוחת הבוקר
מזמינים מתפריט את מנת הביצים, שהיה תמיד מפנק, אך הארוחה יכלה להיות מושלמת אם היה היצע של קונדיטוריה מקומית, דג מעושן וגבינות קשות במבחר קצת יותר גדול. חסה אף פעם לא נראתה טרייה, אין יוגורט ארוז רק בהגשה. הייתה הרגשה של חסכון. הפירות לא חתוכים יפה ולא נראו טוב.

Excellent hotel, 5 star experience.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful, there eas a problem in our room and they changed it, no questions asked, even gave us a choice between two rooms.
The room was excellent, big, clean a d comfortable. The breakfast was great. The rooftop pool was nice.

Cons:

No complaints whatsoever.

Практически все понравилось. Номер, расположение отеля, персонал - все супер :)

Cons:

Не хватило десертов на завтрак, их не было.
Напротив отеля идет строительство дома, из-за этого днем иногда шумно.

ארוחת בוקר - טעימה, מגוונת
המיקום - נוח מאוד, שקט מאוד בערב (היינו קומה גבוהה)
ניקיון - מעולה, המלון, החדרים הכול מאוד נקי ומרגישים את זה
חניה - מסודרת מאוד, עם רכב שכור שווה להחנות רק במלון
עובדי המלון אדיבים ונחמדים
מומלץ בחום מכל הבחינות, המלון מדהים

לא מדובר במשהו שלא אהבנו, אלא פרט קטן שאולי חשוב לחלק מהמטיילים:
המיטה הייתה יותר רכה ממה שאנחנו רגילים במלונות שונים - זה ממש לא פגע בחופשה, אך בשהייה ממושכת של כמה ימים
היינו מעדיפים מיטה יותר קשיחה. לא העלנו זאת מול המלון כי זה לא היה משמעותי.
