Bad pool and terrible breakfast
Pros:

The shower was good and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible the pans all look very unclean the food tasted like it was reheated from the day before and not edible. The pool was not open despite them saying it was and that was part of why I booked in first place and the icemachine was broken.

No breakfast that was edible
Pros:

Let me first say the room itself was clean. The water in tub and sink the water was brown. I realized this on the day of check out. No ice was available in machines. Breakfast wasn’t something that could be eaten, the kitchen area was not clean to Hilton standards. I never leave reviews it I had too. The dish with the sausage and hash browns looked very old and dirty the oatmeal looked and smelled old and the area was very dirty. This is totally unacceptable for Hilton. Please assist this location with the brown water breakfast area and food. Please 2 days I did not eat because it was to filthy and no edible food available.

Big disappointment—Hope our complaint will help other future customers.
Pros:

We picked this Hampton because so conveniently located to the FedEx St Jude golf tournament and across street from FedEx world headquarters! Thinking it would be nice due to the many folks coming to the tournament. What a bad surprise as this hotel not a good stay at all.
We entered our room, very dim. Only one light bulb worked in standing lamp. Sat on old couch and it would make a fart sound when sitting.
At night we discovered wall lamp next to bed not working! Very dim rooms.
Next morning 7am, no hot breakfast as they stated in this reservation.
Showered and No body wash soap in dispenser. Only partial toilet paper on paper roll. When I Blow dry my hair I discover electrical outlet would not work🫤 It was one disappointing issue after another. Still no hot breakfast on checkout.
We asked the front desk on night 2 if we would have another bottle water because we didn’t see any kind of vending machines anywhere. The front desk night lady said ‘Didn’t you get 2 bottles when you checked in?’ Rude, rude, rude.
Such a terrible experience that this is the first time my husband and I have ever complained against a Hampton…… I filed a complaint and hope they do a better job accommodating future customers.

Won't be staying here again.
Pros:

The lady at the sign in desk was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was no breakfast served either day. The pool was green and wasnt cleaned during our stay. Our bathroom was out of body wash, no lotion, shower cap, or make up remover sheets like usual in the bathroom. I heard other guest complain about no shower gel. The elevators were extremely slow and noisy. No shuttle service to the golf event this year like last year. Just not the good experience we had at this same hotel last year.

Do not stay here.
Pros:

Front desk clerk was talking to a friend in speakerphone and didn't care that I was canceling my reservation for the second night, she was far too busy. Room was disgusting. Brown stuff on walls, sheets, and lamp shades. TV remote didn't work, batteries were leaking. One of the 2 lights in the room didn't work, the bulb was gone. There was standing water under the counter in the bathroom. There was mold on the ceiling. Carpets were filthy. Do not stay here.

Not well maintained/No hand soap
Pros:

This hotel does not meet the standards of other Hilton hotels I’m used to staying in. It is not well maintained. The light over the mirror in our bathroom did not work…. Neither did the bed side lamp. Trying to fix my hair with the dim lighting was very frustrating. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel…. And we were without hand soap the entire time. We were told they were waiting on a truck to deliver some. Looking at prior reviews…. Looks like they’ve been out for some time. I cannot understand not running to the dollar store and buying some?! Makes me wonder about eating breakfast here if there’s no hand soap in the building. I am a Hilton diamond member, and they did not have the complementary waters our entire stay either. I do not recommend. Definitely would not stay here again.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

Horrible place to stay . No toilet paper in the bathroom no hand soap no shampoo. Asked the front desk for hand soap they didn’t have it either.Property overall is dirty and not kept up . I would not recommend anyone staying here . It’s a shame on Hampton inn name . I thought this is one of the decent chain in the hotel industry.

Not a Good Hampton
Pros:

We love Hampton Inns. Though this one was older, we felt we couldn't go wrong. The entire hotel had a humidity problem. The tile in the room was slick; there was stuff growing on the ceiling and the carpet seemed damp. Dirt/make up stains on the door frames, breakfast not ready 30 minutes after it was supposed to start, and the final straw was the brown water running out of the hot water tap. Unfortunately this Hampton is not worth staying at.
