Comfortable but lacked some toiletries and finishing touches.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. Access was easy, room was a good size.

Cons:

The plug did not fit the bath. The conditioner and body wash were empty. The hotel did not have a set of scales to weigh myself (or more to the point, work out how heavy my bags were.)

Falls short of expectations

Front office Manager was a lovely guy who resolved my issues promptly and gave me a complimentary upgrade

Cons:

the staff member on check in was arrogant and rude. explained car parking directions as if i lived in the city.
first room smelt of smoke and faced a brick wall.
breakfast options are limited
very limited car parking had to pay to park in the city

Realy disappointed
Pros:

Having to pay $35 for parking.
Restaurant menu was not good. Finger food for drinkers.
Elevators are small.
One cheers in the room, no table in the room, satellite channels on the TV wouldn't work. The bath/shower set up is awkward to run a bath and get in and out of, the bath had paint peeling off the tiles and the fittings were badly glued on, so we're trying to fall off. Could reach the body wash when sitting in the bath, designed for shower use only. No alarm in the room. Had to scan QR code for site info and writing was so small you couldn't read anything on the menu. No printed info at all in the room. Over priced for amenities.

Worth the price once we were refunded the difference. No need to pay to upgrade its not worth it.
Pros:

Comfortable bed/Pillows, good lighting, view and location. Check out was great, Manager James has made note to upgrade us to a proper Deluxe on our next stay.

Cons:

Paid to upgrade to a deluxe from our usual superior king room, the deluxe was no better than the other 10 times staying in a superior. Reception staff was rude and unhelpful. We downgraded to superior, and was refunded the difference after trying to be subbed a breakfast instead. Don't rate the breakfast from past stays.

Since you have asked, The bath taps were extremely difficult to turn on, I turned on the hot tap then scalded my foot standing in the water trying to turn it off. Also I noticed mould around the taps.
Unfortunately the bed was too soft and I left the next day with a very sore lower back.
