لايهمكم ان المكان على الشارع المكتظ بالمحلات لانك في فيينا انت مجبر للذهاب هنا و هناك وليس للجلوس في نفس المكان فمحاولة ان المكان قريب لايكفي اذا كانت الخدمة سيئة جدا و موظف الاستقبال فالليل يرفع الصوت بالرد عليك و السعر مبالغ فيه و الستائر متسخه يوجد بها بقع من الدم لا اعلم ماهو

עלינו ברגל במשך שלוש ימים קומה 4 החדרים מלוכלכים

A very bad hotel experience
Pros:

We are a family of 11, guest ages 12-82. We were required to pay in full upon arrival and immediately after were informed that the hotel elevators were not working.
Very inconvenient for all, especially 80 year olds. The hotel is sparsely staffed. Thomas the manager did his best to help with the suitcases, but we ended up taking most of them up ourselves including up to the 5th floor. Hallways are not air conditioned.
Rather than offering to compensate us for the inconvenience, the hotel made false promises that the elevator would soon return to work, which it did not.
Summer is hot. There was no cold water in the lobby. No offer to compensate guests with drinks or cold water in the room.
We had to cancel breakfast as it is served on the 7th floor.
Some of the rooms were not serviced or cleaned: no clean towels. Receptionist explained that there were many complaints so staff was busy. Say what?!
Curtains broke in one of the rooms.
This hotel was recommended to us but I would not recommend it. It is understaffed, unprofessional and the attitude is not inspired and lacking. Also technically challenged.
