حجزنا ثلاث غرف، وكانت غرف الديلوكس وسييييييعة وكبيرة ومريحة.
كما يوفر الفندق في اللوبي ماءً مجانيًا مع بعض الحلويات والبسكويت، وهي لفتة جميلة عند الوصول.

The hotel is located in the heart of Mariahilfer Straße, one of Vienna's most famous shopping streets, making it an excellent choice for shopping and exploring the city, near Zara, Mango and H&M .
We booked three rooms, and the Deluxe Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-designed.
The lobby offers complimentary water, sweets, and cookies, which was a nice welcoming touch.

There were a few issues during our stay. The air conditioning was hot, and although we reported it several times, the engineer checked it and insisted that it was working properly. Unfortunately, the room remained uncomfortably warm, so we had to request fans for our rooms.
We also noticed small ants in the rooms.
Housekeeping service is only available until around 3:00-4:00 PM, so if you request cleaning later in the day, it won't be possible. In addition, the bed sheets are changed only every third day.
No one helped us carry our luggage

Disappointing for NH four star hotel quality, but amazing location and decent enough
Pros:

The location was great and everything you would want to see is close by. All the staff were very friendly the whole time. I am an NH member and they gave us a free water bottle even though we went through booking. Breakfast was great as well. You also get free minibar drinks if you do not get a room cleaning.

Cons:

- gym is not great; only two machines, no weights, and the sauna is visible which is very uncomfortable. Spaces should be separate. I used the sauna and did not like that I could see the gym. I got the hotel for the gym so this was disappointing.
- room downgrade: we got the superior room which was supposed to have a separate living room and bedroom space. When we brought this up, they said that the pictures were old and that we did get the superior room. However, when leaving we saw that other rooms whose doors were open had the true superior room setup that we had asked about. We felt that we were downgraded to a worse room that was not acknowledged. We were upset about this because we got this room specifically to have the living area as shown in the room pictures and felt ripped off. I would have done another hotel.
- tv is glitchy; changes channels on its own
- teabags in the room offered are weird and create leaks due to weird shape but maybe I didn’t know how to use them.
- bathroom has no ventilation and weird shower door
- not every room cleaning do they change sheets or bathrobes. Robes are kind of busted.
