Perfekt für ein Konzert-Wochenende in der Wuhlheide
Pros:

Einzelbetten konnte man auseinander schieben. Große Dusche. Leise Klimaanlage. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Excellent value for money, friendly staff, and a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Obwohl das Hotel etwas außerhalb des Berliner Stadtzentrums liegt, war es mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln problemlos erreichbar. Deshalb finde ich, dass die Lage insgesamt sehr praktisch ist. Besonders für preisbewusste Reisende ist die Umgebung ideal, da sich mehrere deutsche Supermärkte sowie verschiedene Restaurants und Imbisse in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden. Dadurch ist es sehr einfach, sich günstig und flexibel zu verpflegen.

Wir hatten Frühstück inklusive, und das Angebot war abwechslungsreich und typisch deutsch. Es gab außerdem eine gute Auswahl für Vegetarier. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt war die kostenlose Kaffeemaschine an der Rezeption. Man konnte sich zu jeder Tageszeit kostenlos Kaffee holen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Natürlich war die Qualität und der Geschmack des Kaffees nicht perfekt, aber das ist letztendlich Geschmackssache.

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Da es sich um ein preisgünstiges Hotel handelt, möchte ich diesen Punkt nicht überbewerten. Das Hotel war sauber, allerdings gab es einige kleinere Details und Bereiche, die etwas gründlicher hätten gereinigt werden können. Persönlich würde ich die Sauberkeit mit 8 von 10 Punkten bewerten, was für einen normalen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend und zufriedenstellend ist.

Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis jedoch hervorragend. Gemessen am Preis würde ich den gesamten Service mit 10 von 10 Punkten bewerten.

Die Bahnstation war fußläufig erreichbar, sowie die Tram.
Das ganze Hotel war sehr ansprechend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, da alles ausreichend vorhanden war.

Cons:

Das die Zimmertür etwas sehr schwer war und immer mit lautem Knall zuviel.

Für Konzertbesucher praktisch
Pros:

Wir waren wie sehr viele andere wegen eines Konzerts in der Wuhlheide hier. Dafür war die Lage gut und gleichzeitig nicht laut.

Cons:

Das Personal war am Abend unterbesetzt. Ein einziger Mensch kämpfte gleichzeitig am Check in und am Verkauf von Getränken. Das führte zu langen Wartezeiten. Die angepriesene Küchenzeile war nicht den Namen wert.
