Property was well located. The room was cleaned everyday and had clean towels everyday. The air condition was always set at a good temperature. Staff was nice and helpful

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, but in my opinion, it simply isn't worth compromising the quality and comfort of your stay just to be closer to the main attractions. Sometimes, it is far better to stay at a better hotel and simply walk a little further.

When I arrived, my room didn't seem particularly clean, which was disappointing right from the start. The amenities are also extremely limited. There is no iron in the room, and when I asked for one, I was told the hotel couldn't even provide or lend me one. I have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels around the world, and honestly, I don't recall ever experiencing this before. Most hotels provide an iron and ironing board in the room or, at the very least, offer one upon request.

Another major disappointment is the so-called "breakfast." There is no actual breakfast service. What is offered is basically a small selection of snacks at the reception, such as coffee and croissants. Personally, I wouldn't describe that as a hotel breakfast.

The hotel was also extremely noisy during my stay. I was woken up by the sound of drills and construction work, and the noise persisted throughout my visit. Furthermore, there seemed to be virtually no soundproofing between the rooms and common areas, as I could easily hear other guests. If you value peace and quiet when staying at a hotel, this is definitely something to consider.

However, the most concerning incident occurred on my second day. The housekeeper came to clean my room while I was out, and when I returned, I found my door standing open. I was truly shocked. A guest's room—containing luggage, documents, valuables, and personal belongings—should never be left unsecured like that. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Понравилось отношение на ресепшен, особенно Аврора просто чудо. Еще был приятен утренний комплимент в виде кофе, круассанов и йогурта на завтрак. Вода и напитки внизу в доступе всегда. Месторасположение отеля прекрасное. Близко Испанская лестница и фонтан Треви. Рекомендую

It was in an amazing location, within walking distance of all the major attractions.
The hotel was spotless and the staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We had booked room only and were delighted with the free complimentary breakfast bites that were available. Croissant, bread, tea, coffee, juice and fruit. A perfect way to start the day.

Hotel a proximité de sites touristiques. Petit déjeuner gratuit le matin ,boissons et café gratuit pendant les heures d'ouverture. Personnel tres agréable.

Lovely little spot for two nights in Rome whilst interrailing. Staff could not be more helpful or friendly, room was small but clean (no view) and the ground floor communal area had fun games (pinball, table football, board games) and it was possible to buy drinks with an honesty box. Close to the Trevi fountain and walking distance to other sights (if, like us, you like walking in cities). Quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. Reception helped us book the Green Bus for a tour around the city, which was great given we had limited time in Rome.
