Pobyt miły i udany.
Pros:

Miły, pomocny i przyjazny personel.

Cons:

Klimatyzacja wszak była ale w żaden sposób nie dało jej się kontrolować, działała zero-jedynkowo, albo człowiek zamarzał albo po wyłączeniu można było się ugotować. Nie dało się ustawić przyjaznej temperatury i siły nawiewu.

Fantastic! I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, 15-20 mins walk from the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and slightly further from the Pantheon. The train station is about 10 mins away too. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean and perfect for what we needed, a place to sleep and freshen up after a warm day out exploring . There were also some fantastic places to eat within a few minutes walk of the hotel all reasonably priced too.

Nice and comfortable stay in this hotel.
Pros:

Good location, decent room size, very friendly staff. Nice city view from the window.

Cons:

Only four pillows for three people. It would be better to provide two pillows.

Credo che torneremo in questo hotel nel nostro prossimo soggiorno a Roma!
Pros:

Ottima posizione, comoda per la stazione e per raggiungere il centro.
Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff, il sevizio è davvero molto attento alla clientela.

Cons:

Forse il bagno un poco da ristrutturare. Però buona la pulizia.

Pros:

Viešbutis labai patogioje miesto vietoje, malonus ir paslaugus personalas, kambarys buvo tvarkomas kiekvieną dieną, pusryčiams patiekiami švieži kepiniai, tačiau buvo ir kelių rūšių mėsos bei sūrio. Labai skani kava:)

Buena ubicación.Cerca transporte público de metro y bus.Habitación confortable, buena cama y colchón.Buen funcionamiento de aire acondicionado y limpieza.

Cons:

Quizás que no hay ascensor a recepción que está en la primera planta.Hay que cargar maletas.

Pros:

Very central location. 7/8 minutes walk from central station. Hotel stuff was very friendly. 24h reception. Their breakfast options were not that much, but the quality was good. Room was clean and well sound proof. Nice big TV in the room.

Cons:

Hotel reception was at 1st floor of the building and there was no lift to go there. Heavy luguage holder may struggle to get there.

Lack of integrity.
Pros:

Absolutely NOTHING

Cons:

We arrived at hotel and was moved to another hotel down the street. We were told its plumbing issues. But they were stammering on reasons to give us. We felt it was staged.
No emails, No text alerts just moved us as I know they overbooked.
No integrity here and stay clear from them. Not a very trustworthy hotel.

Pros:

Çalışanlar ilgiliydi, konumu çok iyiydi her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi aynı zamanda metroya 3-5 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Tuvalette taharet musluğu da vardı bu önemli detaylardan birisiydi. Odamız temizdi. Kliması da iyiydi.

Cons:

Odamız biraz küçüktü, hareket etmekte zorlandık ancak sadece uyumak için gidileceğini düşünürsek fazlasıyla yeterli. Fiyatının biraz pahalı olması dışında başka problem yaşamadık
