Perfect quiet location near train station, and full of charm.
Pros:

Best hotel to stay in Venice.
Pros:

We really loved this hotel from the very start. It's definitely walkable with luggage from the main railway or bus station. As soon as we arrived we were offered chilled bottles of water that were really appreciated. Our room was lovely and cool with a very comfortable bed. Additionally, we had a large bathroom with a very powerful shower.
We also enjoyed the very cosy hotel bar. Bryal, stands out as an excellent envoy for the hotel. Always really happy to serve us a drink and answer our many question about Venice. We thank him again for being such a helpful and really pleasant member of the hotel team. Breakfast is wonderful and the breakfast team were brilliant.

Very comfortable stay in Venice
Pros:

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean room overlooking the canal, staff were so helpful about restaurants and shopping, excellent breakfast (charmingly looked after by Alexandria and Roberta)in the stunning garden , easy walking distance to the vaporetto stops and airport bus and many restaurants and cafes around. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

For me the Pillows were firmer than I liked - but they suited my other half!
