Pros:

The receptionist were exra kind.

They helped us with our lugguages. Goid customer service, very friendly and welcoming staff.
Good breakfast, they always helped out with directions on how to take the waterbus.
I will recommend hotel olimpia any day any time.
Clean and quiet !

I enjoyed my time there.

Pros:

- visually pleasing
- kind and welcoming staff
- perfect location for staying in Venice: very close to the bus station (you can take the airport shuttle from there) and a water bus stop, just a few mins walk to the train station & grocery stores
- clean :^)

Cons:

- the hallways felt a bit claustrofobic with narrow stairwells&passages and low ceilings
- breakfast was just ok, the courtyard seating is nice but for that price i felt the breakfast wasn’t too special

Location is perfect for people flying into/out of Venice. Front desk persons are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Room is clean and not crowded.
