Pros:

Good place, comfortable suites, friendly and helpful staff, clean, nice beaches accessible nearby. Beautiful territory is cared by staff. Good internet.

Cons:

Gym is little outdated: running track sticks, ellipsoid's electrical part doesn't work, but you can use it. One weight machine had problem with wires as well. Huge construction site raises over horizon nearby.

Only stayed one night, so didn’t see the need to complain about anything, but could really use with some TLC

The room we had, was with a private jacuzzi- the room had alot of broken things like cupboard handles, light switches, leaking taps, jacuzzi had algae in it. Needs some TLC

not for families, good for a couple only.
Pros:

i liked the view and the jacuzzi outside and the space of the apartment.

Cons:

people at the reception, understanding English better. the state of the property is bad. ripped curtains all over the so-called penthouse. some days, i called the reception to complain we had no running water....they had nothing for the kids to do, we stayed for nearly 3 weeks and they wanted to charge us 10USD to stay an additional 2hrs. VERY bad service and then they had photographs printed out of a picture of a dirty hand towel, which is a joke as they wanted to charge us $5usd. pathetic.

תודה רבה לצוות המלון, הקבלה, משק הבית, התחזוקה וכולם! הייתם לנו בית בזמנים לא פשוטים.

קצת מסובך להסביר, כי הגענו למלון קוקו בזמן מלחמת איראן מרץ 2026. ולמעשה אנחנו ישראלים שנתקענו בלי טיסות חזור לישראל. משום כך חיפשנו מקום לא יקר, פשוט, במיקום הגיוני, וחדרים סבירים+.
במלון קוקו מצאנו למעשה מפלט במשך כ-3 שבועות, והגענו איתם למחיר נוח והגיוני בהתאם למצב שלנו, 3 משפחות תקועות בפוקט.
בגלל המצב החריג חוות הדעת שלי שונה מטיול רגיל ומלון רגיל.
אני חייבת לציין יחס טוב של הצוות, עובדות משק הבית היו נחמדות ויעילות, בקבלה לרוב זכינו למענה מיידי.
הבריכה טובה ונקיה.
כשהיה צורך בתיקון תקלות הגיעו מיד עובדי תחזוקה וטיפלו בבעיות.
חדרי הדירות שקיבלנו היו טובים ומרווחים, עם מטבח טוב, מקרר גדול, כיריים חשמליים, מעט כלים פונקציונאליים, שיש נרחב. פינת אוכל, סלון וחדר שינה.
אבל בגלל שהמקום פשוט יחסית, אז האינטרנט לא תמיד עבד, חדר כושר קטן ולא ממש מזמין, זרם המים במקלחת חלש - ובכל זאת אנחנו נשארנו בגלל המלחמה והמצב המיוחד כי לא היו לנו טיסות לחזור הביתה, וזה היה הבית שלנו 3 שבועות. ואני לא יכולה להגיד מילה רעה על האנשים הטובים האלו.
אני חייבת לשבח אותם על הסבלנות וההבנה.
צריך לציין שמדובר על תאילנד ולא שוויץ, ובהתאמה המלון הוא זול וטוב.
המלון קרוב לחוף באנג טאו המקסים כ-15 דקות הליכה, (רק שימו לב, שאין מדרכות, אבל כן אפשר לצעוד בזהירות) ומגיעים לנומאד ומופעי אש. מלא מסעדות טובות, חנויות, ואווירת נופש מושלמת.
החוף ארוך ומדהים ונתן לנו נופש ומפלט.
חשוב לציין שגם ליד מלון קוקו יש מלא חנויות וסופרים טובים 7/11, top daily, lotus go fresh, מה שעשה את הקניות לנוחות וזמינות.
ממול למלון קוקו נמצא מלון דיאמונד ריזורט ושם מצאתי קונסיירג'ית מדהימה, שבזכותה הגעתי לכמה טיולים מושקעים.
אנחנו לא יכולנו לחזור הביתה, והמלון נתן לנו מנוחה ומרגוע, ואני מודה להם מאוד.
אני מדרגת את המלון 8 בגלל שילוב כל האספקטים האנושיים והתמיכה שהם גילו.
