Convenient and excellent all at once!
Pros:

Fab hotel and fab location! Train station and shopping centre below! Restaurants in hotel were excellent. The foyer has that wow factor. Room was very large and luxurious .

Incredible hotel with very clean facilities and an amazing food
Pros:

Very spacious hotel. My family of four stayed in a room that looks like an apartment. Everything was clean. Swimming pool was amazing, the property is beautiful and the food is absolutely awesome.

Cons:

We had a room very far from the elevator. In a property that is so huge the hotel needs another elevator…

◉JR京都駅に直結しており、株主総会への参加や翌日の宇治平等院鳳凰堂の見学などスムーズにこなすことができ、立地条件の良さを十分に体感しました。
◉部屋は、ランクアップしてくださったのか広く、北側8階でイルミネートされた京都タワーが見え気分が高揚しました。
◉クローゼットの広さ、荷物を置く扉のない棚があり、収納の機微にうれしくなりました。
◉冷蔵庫には、1ℓのナチュラルミネラルウォーターが常備してあり、身体の渇き、翌日の行動の水筒にも満たすことができ、この高温多湿時期の安心材料となりました。
◉浴室は、浴槽と洗い場が別で、疲れも癒やされた。バスローブが常備されていたのはクラス感を感じさせられました。
◉ドアの外、壁ラックに届けられた夕刊、朝刊を読むことができ、良きホテルライフを満喫できました。
◉チェックイン前、アウト後の荷物の預かりもお客様のおもてなしの感が高く、次回も利用したいなと思いました。

Cons:

よくない点を見つけるが困難ですが、希望としては洗面台に小さな椅子(髪をドライヤーで乾かす時)があればよかったかなと思いました。
