駅直結
Pros:

京都駅直結というのは何者にも変え難いです。お部屋もアップグレードしていただきありがとうございます。宿泊したお部屋は浴室とトイレがセパレートになっており、なおかつ浴室は湯船だけでなく洗い場もありました。

Cons:

22年ぶりに宿泊しました。やはり施設が少々古くなってきた感じはあります。トイレの匂いが気になりました。

祇園祭りにもホテルグランヴィアで快適旅

Pros:

Vlotte check-in en check-out service, met excellente ondersteuning voor beheer van bagage. Rustige kamers, zonder overlast uit het station.
Uitstekend ontbijt buffet, geen wachttijden.

Cons:

Binnenzwembad, niet zozeer om te ontspannen, maar eerder om baantjes te zwemmen.

Paid extra for club access room, club access was fantastic and service was wonderful there, location was fantastic

Cons:

Rooms were so far away from elevators it was not pleasant at all, each trip to lobby or outside was soo much walking on top of walking around the city, language barrier really tricky at reception and check out and such a long process, definitely look at better options for the price range

Central but noisy staff in the morning which wakes you up at 9.00 a.m.
Pros:

It was in the station and rooms were large. It was also very clean

Cons:

Every morning at 9.00 a.m. cleaning staff make a lot noise with their old trolleys. We are in holiday and I don’t want to wake up at exactly 9.00 a.m. every morning.
