We liked the convenience of the hotel, the staff was very helpful, and the room was very nice.

Cons:

My only complaint was that they put us in a room that was the farthest away from the elevator. I am 80 years of age and tire easily. I know there were other rooms available. Considering my age and that we had a lot of luggage it seems they could have given us a more convenient room.

Pros:

ロケーションが最高で毎回こちらに滞在します。朝食もおいしいです。

Cons:

アーリーチェックインができれば満点です。ほかのホテルは状況によりアーリーチェックインができることもありますが、こちらのホテルは一度もありません。当日の空き次第にはなると思いますが、部屋数も多いのでそのようなサービスがあれば友人にも勧められます。

Brilliant I would stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.
Pros:

Great location right inside Kyoto station, with the bus station just outside. Making it so easy to hop on a bus or a train if you are using Kyoto as your base and want to take day trips to places like Arashiyama, Ohara Michi and Nara like we did. Also you have the advantage of shops and restaurants right there too.

The best stay ever. Wish I could have stay longer

Love everything about this hotel. The size of the room is perfect for my family. The location is near the station and shops. Some attractions are so close to exploring. Room is very clean and breathable. Breakfast is very good and has a lot of choices. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The ambiance of the hotel is great. Love the atmosphere and hospitality. Will definitely be going back here soon.
