Conveniently located within Kyoto station hence easy to travel using the Shinkansen and to/from airport.
Buffet breakfast is sumptuous with lots of local and international cuisine options.
This is a complain which I had lodged. I was out at 6am to the shrine and was back to the room at 12pm, with the room cleaned and done. I slept since it was an early morning wake. Around 1pm, there was loud knocks on the door and before I can even opened the door, the cleaner tried to barge it. Luckily I was clothed and latched the door as usual, though I did not put the ‘Do No Disturb’ sign. I question how can someone come into the room when there was no sign that I had put to ‘Make the Room’ though the cleaner knocked. Response given by the hotel was it was normal for supervisor to check once the room has been cleaned to ensure all in order, but in this case the check was late for 3 hours.
What I was not happy was the question on how can someone barge into the room was unanswered but only addressed with apology. From that day one, I stayed with fear that I would not know when someone can simply come into the room.
Emplacement idéal pour visiter Kyoto. L’hôtel est situé dans la gare, très pratique pour changer de ville. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, les chambres très confortables !

L’aspetto che più mi ha colpita è la posizione ottimale in stazione, comoda per qualsiasi spostamento, facile accesso a tutti i servizi della stazione che è moderna e molto pulita!
Viaggiamo con un bambino di 11 anni (un ragazzino, non un bebè) e non mi ha fatto piacere scoprire che i bambini non possono accedere alla piscina dell’hotel. La struttura è molto grande, ci sono due corpi di ascensori, ma alcune camere, come nel nostro caso sono molto distanti, intendo anche qualche minuto camminando.

Manquait certains équipements vus dans d’autre hôtel 5*. Le 3 e lit n’était pas confortable . Entre les lits et table de nuit n’était pas propre .
