Estilo europeo elegante entre rascacielos modernos. Tranquilo y señorial. Ubicación perfecta.

La ubicación excelente. El estilo clásico y elegante es lo máximo. Muy buena opción. Es tranquilo y bonito.

Cons:

Un poco laberinto. Además no sabíamos bien llegar a los restaurantes.

Exceeded expectations - Perfection.
Pros:

The property and staff were wonderful. It was the perfect landing spot for my family’s first visit to Japan. The proximity to restaurants, shopping, trains, and the 3 mile run/walking loop around the Imperial Palace made our stay very easy. My daughter says her favorite was the breakfast at the property.

Dobry i czysty hotel ze świetną lokalizacją.
Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna. Pokój mały bez specjalnych udogodnień. Śniadanie przyzowite, ale bez fajerwerków.

Cons:

mały pokój, brak dostępu do basenu po 19.00, brak możliwości skorzystania z basenu przez dzieci

予約時のメッセージで｢定年退職旅行｣と入力。当日、フロントで対応してくださったスタッフの方が｢定年退職おめでとうございます｣と言葉を添えてくださいました。
ホテルはどこも清潔。他のよくお風呂はカビが当たり前でしたが、全くなく、本当に気持ちが良かった🎵

Cons:

浴槽や洗面の湯温調整が、2つの蛇口を使うので、手間でした。シャワーは温度が表示されていたので調整しやすかったです。

Cons:

チェックインの際、混んでいたが立って並んで待たなければならなかった。まるで「みどりの窓口」の様に。
でも、最近の「みどりの窓口」は、最初に番号札を取って、座って順番を待っていられる所もあるので、みどりの窓口以下かも。あと、朝の朝食ブッフェも、混んでいて待たされた。

Great stay, as always
Pros:

We discovered this hotel not so long ago and were pleasantly surprised. Now we usually stay at this hotel when in Tokyo, this was not our first time. One of the highlights is breakfast, which is the best we have had in Japan and one of the best overall. Plenty of Japanese options, good quality, meticulously prepared.
