ロケーションは最高
スタッフの対応が最高

Cons:

チェックインの際、混んでいたが立って並んで待たなければならなかった。まるで「みどりの窓口」の様に。
でも、最近の「みどりの窓口」は、最初に番号札を取って、座って順番を待っていられる所もあるので、みどりの窓口以下かも。あと、朝の朝食ブッフェも、混んでいて待たされた。

Great stay, as always
Pros:

We discovered this hotel not so long ago and were pleasantly surprised. Now we usually stay at this hotel when in Tokyo, this was not our first time. One of the highlights is breakfast, which is the best we have had in Japan and one of the best overall. Plenty of Japanese options, good quality, meticulously prepared.

Very efficient, enjoyable and recommendable!
Pros:

Central location. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Food at the lounge on the first floor is fabulous!

Cons:

Accessing the gym and the rules related to only using machines for 20 minutes or less. The gym was a little crowded with machines. Also, there appeared to be an additional charge for using the locker room. I did not have time in my schedule to use the locker room but as a hotel guest, I was not expecting an additional charge for this amenity.

캬아아, 4층 아트리움 조식뷔페는 그 인기와 리뷰만큼 끝내주게 맛있고 행복한 시간이였습니다. 아주 친절한 직원분들의 서비스와 정중한 태도도 우아하고 대접받는 기분이 한가득 들었습니다. 음식 하나하나 진짜 맛있었어요! (돼지고기만 별로, 돼지고기 구이? 수육?은 메뉴에서 아예 빼셔도 될지도요, 그 맛있던 완벽한 생선요리들과 비교됐습니다. )
바나나 토스트 진짜 맛있었고요, 메론과 파인애플도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 저는 이름 모를 작은 생선 튀김에 감동받았고요, 제 아내는 카레도 좋아했습니다.
여기를 또 가서 먹으려면, 숙박을 해야 갈 수 있다는 것이 고민이 드는 부분이었네요. 처음 체크인을 할 당시에 한국인 직원 분이 계셔서 친절하게 한국어로 설명을 들을 수 있어서 반갑고 좋았고요, 신혼부부에게는 사진 명소를 안내해준다고 해서, 감사했습니다. 명망 높은 호텔 답게 어메니티들이 준비되어 있어서 샴푸와 바디워시 잘 사용했습니다. 작은 사이즈로 되어있어서 가져가도 되는 샴푸라고 하더라고요. 잘 챙겨왔습니다. 비누도 향이 좋았습니다. 방 입구 바로 옆에 있는 캐비넷? 장롱 안에 다리미 판과 무선 다리미도 구비되어 있었습니다.

Cons:

아무래도 고급 호텔이다보니 코인 세탁기는 마련하지 않으셔서, 혹시 세탁이 필요하시다면 룸 서비스? 를 신청해야 했습니다. 옷 한벌에 300~600엔정도 하다보니 아무래도 가격에 부담이 갔습니다. 숙박비가 100만원 전후다보니 더 그런거 같긴 합니다.
도쿄역 특징 자체가, 도쿄 스테이션 호텔이 도쿄역의 마루노우치 방면 그 자체이기 때문에 호텔이 전체적으로 길다는게 재밌으면서도 약간 아쉬울 수 있겠다 였습니다. 호텔 프론트는 도쿄역 남쪽 출구 방면에 있고요, 저희가 묵은 방은 도쿄역 북쪽 방면에 있어서 꽤 걸었습니다. 그래도 그 독특한 구조에 영화 스튜디오 간 느낌이였습니다. 또한 북쪽 방면에서 바로 1층으로 나가는 출구도 있기에 괜찮았습니다.

Great stay and location and would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast is good with lots of selection - everything served in mini form other than egg dishes. It is expensive though, unless you get a good rate with breakfast included.
Beds are very comfortable and the bathroom spacious and luxurious feel and overall a great stay. Would stay again.

Cons:

A recommendation is perhaps for the hotel to look at the toiletries provided in the bottles to be packaged in a more user friendly tube - quite difficult to get the product out. Product smells nice.
Also as a tip for those with luggage, do take the offer of having the luggage brought to your room - it can be a long walk due to the layout of the hotel.
The gym is free and reasonably well equipped for the size of area - run by another company and felt like users are watched to ensure rules are followed.
Spa is not free and charged to use.
