Ice cold air con in the room

Pool area was nice during the daytime

Fridge didn't work

Zero lighting - far too dark. Couldn't see in any mirror to do makeup

Had to ask for bedsheets and towels for the room twice, once at midnight told to go collect from reception in my nightwear.

Blood stain on a bed sheet.

Gym, nothing like as described.

Communal corridors need attention, very dated, scuffed, dirty carpets.

Pictures of the beach in the advert very misleading as 4km away.

Drink prices absolutely astronomical - very greedy. €42 for 2 single Malibu & coke and a bottle of beer. Didn't even get Malibu, was some whisky.

Rude female receptionist. I asked for help with a Turkish Airline phone call as I had an issue with my flight. She was very stand-offish and really unhelpful. Not a good attitude for someone who is customer facing.

Overall very disappointed. Wasn't worth the money and if I had the money to purchase another hotel I would've left.
