Très très cher au vu de la qualité de l’hôtel, j’ai rarement vu aussi décevant pour un 4 étoiles
La cuisine manque cruellement d’équipement même pas éponge ou lave vaisselle pour faire sa vaisselle
Pas non plus de machine à café ? Une vieille bouilloire et du café soluble absolument choquant dans ce type d’hôtel
Je ne le conseille pas je suis dégoûtée d’avoir payer aussi cher pour ce genre de prestation ! Passez votre chemin, l’hôtel n’est plus comme en photos !
Il y a sûrement mieux pour moins cher

Das Hotel ist insgesamt ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen und könnte teilweise eine Renovierung vertragen, insbesondere das Bad im Zimmer.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war wenig hilfsbereit und mit wenigen Ausnahmen kurz angebunden, teils sogar unfreundlich. Wir fühlten uns bei Fragen an der Rezeption teils nicht als Gast sondern als Bittsteller
Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű hotel ,gyönyörű kertel ,kedves személyzet.
Nagyon figyelmesek voltak , születésnapom az ott tartózkodási időbe esett meglepet egy üveg pezsgővel a szobámba .
Biztosan újra itt foglalok legközebb is !🙂

Mooi complex, ruime kamers, helaas wel erg gehorig. Goed ontbijt, prijzen voor lunch of diner best hoog. Je kunt van gebruik maken van de faciliteiten van 3 hotels.

Gratis parkeren kan van de site af! Eerst wordt er gezegd dat er gratis parkeerplaatsen zijn indien vrij, bij aankomst zeggen ze dat de parkeerplaatsen gerepareerd worden. We hebben niet eens een parkeerplaats gezien bij het hotel!
Je kunt wel gebruik maken van parkeergarage voor € 15 per dag; echt schandalig vooral aangezien je al over de €200 per nacht betaalt.

The hotel listened to all of our requests and made us feel so special! We had a stunning room with its own kitchenette which made it even more appealing for us with children. The entertainment was great and the staff were so friendly. It was calm and quiet yet totally inviting for children. We had the best time and can’t wait to return. ❤️

Magnifique complexe avec jardins luxuriants. Personnel très aimable.
Piscines extérieures très belles mais un peu trop froides pour nous. Nous avons préféré nous baigner dans l une des 2 piscines intérieures qui a aussi un accès extérieur : grande piscine, super bien chauffée et très agréable.

Dommage qu il faille payer pour le parking, qui pourtant est mentionné gratuit !!!

Located short walk from Funchal. Hotel has lovely grounds with gardens.Pools clean and not too crowded. Plenty of sunbeds at all times of the day. Evening buffet food excellent, lots of variety, and amazing desserts.. staff friendly and very efficient. It was my birthday and came back to find free bottle of chilled fizz in n room

We have just returned from a lovely, 11 nights stay
at the Eden Mar hotel.
The hotel thinks of everything and it’s such a bonus thet you can also use all the facilities of
the Porto Mar hotel, which is next door.
There are 2 lovely outdoor pools and 2 fantastic
indoor pools; one is part of the Spa that goes out
to a small outdoor pool and jacuzzi; bliss!
Both really warm to swim in.
The grounds are stunning and well maintained.
There is a lovely, separate orchid garden too.
The rooms are excellent with a small kitchen area,
so this is ideal if you want to make a drink or make
a light meal. The supermarket, ‘Pingo Doce’ is just
below the hotel, so it is really convenient and
sells fresh bread and yummy cakes.
All the staff were polite and helpful and we would not hesitate to return to this hotel. It’s also
spotlessly clean. Also, there are lots of good shops and cafes at the Forum shopping centre, which is a 15 minute walk away, turn left outside the hotel. Bus stop to Funchal is also just outside
the Porto Mare hotel; 15 minutes journey.
We would definitely return to this hotel and will recommend it to our friends & family.

La reception pendant notre enregistrement arrivé ne pouvez pas accepter notre carte de credit ce qui a créé une grande confusion. Le terminal machine de votre reception est un ANCIEN modèle qui accepte seulement des cartes avec 4 chiffres code Pin , tandis que en Suisse toutes les cartes sont aves 6 chiffres
