Stayed three nights. Too early to check in so they kindly took and stored our bags. Staff very friendly and efficient.
AC in room was excellent - in a city where AC is hard to find this was a huge plus.
Reception area and bar very spacious and nice.
Room and bathroom tiny - barely functional. They have crammed as many rooms in as possible. Obviously rehabbed a nice old building, but kind of ruined it.
The room was great value for 3 people attending a show. Great location and affordable for London. Very friendly staff, welcoming and helpful. Room very clean.
Room was very hot and aircon was a little difficult to work - but not a huge issue, the windows opened.
Very good location, which is near the British Museum.
The atmosphere is also good.
Firstly staff were excellent.
Location was also excellent, 15 mins walk to Covent Garden.
We paid a lot of money shall we say for 4 nights Mon-Fri (Booked through the company) what I don't like is booking a room after seeing the images of said room only to arrive and get a totally different room (false advertising in my mind) but staff did move us to a better room but still not the one I thought I'd booked (not their fault, but very helpful and understanding)
The reason for the deduction of another star is, when you (Hilton) advertise a "wellness centre" I expect more than just a small room with 1 workout bench 2 treadmills, bike and a few weights! I do on the other hand expect, a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and plunge pool..... Please be aware what you have is a small gym/workout area, not a wellness centre!
Exceptionally clean. Staff really helpful. Rooms spacious & beds comfortable. Location is fantastic.
The lift was a bit slow.

It was a pleasure to stay in Doubletree Hilton London West-End, everyone working there were nice and friendly, especially lady Catalina from the reception desk was very helpful at checkout.
If I will return to London, definitely we will come back here.
Freindly staff and very helpful!!
Carpet can be more cleaner.
Great location to west end and public transport.
Older property. No mini bars in room.
מיקום מצוין
Great hotel in a perfect location . Excellent breakfast and friendly staff . A BIG thank you to all ,
After spending three nights at the Doubletree Hilton London West End I did leave feeling a little underwhelmed. I've stayed at quite a few Hiltons but this hotel really needs to up its game in a few areas.
First impressions was very promising, the lobby, lounge and bar area are lovely and the concierge staff have a lovely welcoming approach. On an evening the areas had a relaxing atmosphere, just what you need after a busy day.
Check in was easy and pleasant .( No recognition of my Hilton Honors status ) Our room wasn't ready ( I didn't expect it to as we arrived early) but we never received the email to advise when it was like we were promised . When we did come back to the hotel we were advised there were no cookies left and were told to pop back later to fetch them??
The room was small , no surprise for London but easily manageable. However it was tatty and needed a good refurbishment, especially the bathroom. Finding an empty water bottle under the chair wasn't the best as you start questioning how well this room was cleaned. The only view from the window was the inner walls of the hotel but was very quiet so good night's sleep was appreciated.

Breakfast & staff
Size of room tiny did not have bedside table on one side so double bed rammed against wall. I have included view. Yes I was disappointed with room & no would not stay there again! I did not pay for premium view but I went for most expensive of out options & the no bedside table meant not comfortable in room. Even a £2 charge bottle of water after paying nearly £400 a room one night inc breakfast is absurd!
I had a wonderful stay -- my second -- at this property. I was welcomed warmy by Eliza at check-in, who was honestly interested in how my day had gone. She made sure to welcome me as a Diamond member and the room I was given was modern, pristine, and light-filled. The rest of the staff, including the friendly staff at breakfast, always greeted me with a smile. I felt truly at home.
