DoubleTree by Hilton London – West End

Location was good for what we needed.

Hyvä aamupala, viilennys.

There was a lot of choices of breakfast foods, everything was tasty too and we had enough time to eat without being rushed.

Location of the hotel was excellent.

Staff lovely and polite, put out some Macarons, complimentary drink voucher as well as baloons and towel swans on our bed as it was our anniversary stay.

Very clean facilities, breakfast great.

Great location to Shaftesbury Theatre which is where we were going to.
Comfortable bed and air con in room. Slippers, robes ans towels were provided.

Housekeeping: great attention to detail and nice touches. Came back today to a towel swan on the bed! Thankyou Nebi.

A massive "shout out" to The Doubletree by Hilton London - West End. I returned to this hotel for a number of nights on business for the first time in quite a while - and I was welcomed as if I stayed every week/month.

A really big SHOUT OUT to Geetha in Guest Services. She always makes me feel really welcome - and goes the extra steps in allocating me delightfully comfortable rooms. Her levels of customer service are exemplary!

A big SHOUT OUT to Ausra in the breakfast room. I can't remember how long it was since my last stay - but she remembered 'my usual' breakfast staple - and got it cooked to perfection. She is always pleasant and welcoming in dealing with everyone who comes in for breakfast.

Another SHOUT OUT for Jyoti (Housekeeping) who always prepares and refreshes the room to the highest standard - even down to providing my preferred espresso pods.

But it's not only Geetha, Ausra and Jyoti. Everyone of the staff I meet at the West End Doubletree are always pleasant and accommodating. Thank you.

Ravneet took such great care of us throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and perfectly maintained every single day. Her warm smile always brightened our day and added such a lovely personal touch. Thank you, Ravneet, for your kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. I always have a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton London West End. The food and drinks are excellent, the rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and any concerns are addressed immediately and professionally.

A special thank you to Lakshani, who is consistently outstanding. She goes above and beyond to ensure every stay is comfortable and enjoyable, and her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care make such a difference. Her exceptional service is a real credit to the hotel.

Great housekeeping service by Ravneet

An otherwise OK stay ruined by the fact that they don’t provide a complimentary bottle of water in the room.

So I pay £250 for the room and they couldn’t resist charging me £2.50 for a small carton of water left in the room. Why not go the full hog and charge me for the coffee as well?

It’s not about the money, it’s the principle of charging people for drinking water which is a basic need much like a towel.

The exec who thought that was a good idea to eke out a few extra pence from customers deserves to be sacked - it is sending out all the wrong signals and will ultimately lead to less business if people choose not to book here. Let’s face it, there isn’t a shortage of hotels in London.

I’d especially like to thank our waiter, Nawa Raj. His service was outstanding—friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. He made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you!

West End, double tree Hilton my favourite hotel.they are always so helpful and friendly there.Elisa & Mallon gave us a lovely welcome and helped us at reception.
