Easy walk from
Euston station (20 mins) great location to attractions. A lot of places are walkable which is good as you can see more of London.
Arrival cookies are lovely, had oat this time, do prefer the chocolate ones 😊

The staff were warm and friendly. Geetha from the Front office was excellent. She ensured that we had a stay and looked into every detail to ensure that our needs were met.
The housekeeping staff were very good in tidying up the room.

Location was good and everyone was very kind and helpful.

Breakfast was brilliant plenty of choice and availability for alternative diets . The staff were very friendly and extremely attentive . First class really .

2 yasindaki oglum ve esimle beraber 4 gece 5 gun kaldik.
Otel genel olarak cok temiz, premium deluxe oda tutmustuk. 31 metrekareydi, odanin genisligi gayet yeterliydi ve temizdi. Klimada herhangi bir sorun yasamadik.
Kahvaltisi guzel ve yeteri kadar ceside sahip. Resepsiyondaki herkes cok yardimsever ve ilgiliydi.
Ancak
- otelin tam girisinde sizi karsilayacak ve yardimci olacak bir personel bulunmuyor.
- Odadaki isiklandirmada ikinci gece sorun yasadik, isiklar kapanmiyordu, daha iyi bir odada bir gece konaklama sansi verip diger gun sabah teknik sorunu cozduler.
- Ucuncu gunun sabahi saat 6.30 civari otelin tam arkasinda (sessiz olmasi icin arka tarafa bakan odayi tercih etmistik) cop kamyonu gibi bir kamyon. Fotografini paylasacagim. Cam acik oldugu icin butun ses iceri geliyordu ama kapali olsa da rahatsiz edeceginden eminim cok yuksek bir sesti cunku, insaat alani sesi gibi. Bu rahatsizligimizi ilettik resepsiyona ve onlar da uyaracaklarini belirttiler ancak son gunun sabahi yine ayni sey yasandi. Bu sefer saat sabah 7.30da basladi. Telafi etmek icin aksam yemegi ve son gece konaklama icin 100 pound indirim yaptilar. Dedigim gibi resepsiyondaki herkes cok ilgiliydi.
- Bir gun aksam asansor bozuldu uzaktaki asansonu kullandik ama kat icinde merdiven var ve bebek arabasini oradan tasimak zorunda kaldik.
Yasadigimiz tum sorunlar (ses disinda) tekrar yasanma olasiligi yuksek sorunlar degil. Ancak vizesi ucak bileti vs bir suru ugras verdikten sonra konaklama yapilacak yerin de en temel seylerde sorun cikarmamasini beklerdim (ortalama konaklama ucretleri arasinda yuksek kaldigi ve hilton markasi icin)

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and 5 days with my husband and our 2-year-old son.

Overall, the hotel was very clean. We booked a Premium Deluxe Room, which was 31 square meters. The room was spacious enough for our family, clean, and we had no issues with the air conditioning.

The breakfast was good and offered a sufficient variety of options.

Great experience at this hotel! I stayed one night here with my family that came to visit me and everything was great. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is very welcoming and the lobby looks amazing! Special thanks to Catalina and the reception team for being so attentive and making sure our needs were met. Definitely coming back!

We checked in Monday and so far the experience has been amazing, their cleaning is excellent expecially Ravneet, she's amazing at her job, made a flower for me and makes our room beautiful. She speaks very professionally and is very friendly as well. I am in room 436

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I especially want to thank Rameet from the housekeeping team. My room was always spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. Her attention to detail, kindness, and dedication did not go unnoticed. She even left me a thoughtful handwritten note, which was a lovely personal touch and made me feel truly welcome.
