Okay but I would choose a different hotel on Southhampton Row next time.
Pros:

The location was ideal for what we wanted to experience in London, within walking distance from Covent Gardens and all the theatres. The breakfast was okay but not the best I've had from a Hilton. I like the fact that the extra security measures were put in place, for example, you can't use the elevators without the tapping the room key first.

Cons:

I didn't like the way my check-in was handled. booking.com some how had my booking under a Nickname attached to my email. The girls at the front desk couldn't check me in as my full name wasn't on the booking. they eventually got the manager who in spite of me having all the booking details sent to my email, a booking reference number and the card used to secure the booking, suggested that she may have to cancel my booking and I would need to ring booking.com myself to sort it out. It was sorted out in the end but not before causing me and my friend some distress.

The Bathroom was very small, smallest I've seen at any hotel
