The airport shuttle service is available at an additional cost of 35,000 Colombian pesos per trip, for up to 4 people, either from the Airport to the Hotel or from the Hotel to the Airport. The service operates daily from 5:00 AM to 12:00 midnight, seven days a week.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Nice suites in a great Pereira area
Pros:

I really enjoyed how comfortable the room was and its location. It was easy for us to find a restaurant or a nice cafe. We were able to rest with quiet nights as well.

Cons:

Late at night, there is no staff for a possible emergency. The hotel should have at least a 24/7 emergency line.

dalle foto sembrava un hotel moderno e pulito, invece ci siamo trovati con una camera senza finestre e tutto materiale di bassisima qualita', letto duro e scomodo e si sentiva tutto del corridoio, bagni poco puliti. abbiamo dormito malissimo quella notte, mancava l'aria in quella stanza.

Pros:

The property was nice, good location and people are friendly. The only issue is they are very weird with the towels. We were a group of 6 and they only wanted to provide one per person. Not sure why the issue is with the towels. I had to request additional towels and they were not happy.

Personal muy amable y disponible , habitación limpia y ordenada y camas muy cómodas

Habitación y baño sin ventana o mejor con ventana que daba a la escalera y que no se podía abrir para permitir la circulación del aire. Y tampoco se podía tener la cortina abierta para que pasara la luz porque cualquiera que pasaría en la escalera podía ver en interior de la habitación
