Good location, older hotel, short stay only recommended
Pros:

It is in a good location for trams and the shopping mall, easy pick up for tours

Cons:

First time I stayed here was excellent a year later not the same. The hotel needs updating it is very dated and we had to change rooms because the aircon was not working. The staff were very helpful with this matter. The La Boca Restaurant is also not as good as a year ago, wouldn't recommend this now and very expensive. The concierge staff do not know anything about the local area they told us to look at 'Google'

Would consider staying here again
Pros:

Right in the city and a great place to stay if you’re going to the festival theatre. Buffet breakfast was great and good value for money.

Cons:

Had to park the car somewhere else, but it wasn’t too bad

Adelaide stay
Pros:

Loved the location. Very central to everything and walking distance to most. Great buffet breakfast.

Cons:

There were issues with the shower. The water was sporadic as it changed from hot to cold . There was hot water coming out of the cold tap in the vanity basin. I was lucky not to be scolded
