Excellent and attentive staff at check-in and check-out. Smooth operative hotel.
Pros:

Location close to the Festival Centre excellent. Room spacious with attractive view. Excellent range for breakfast.

Pros:

Secure parking was convenient. Our room was large and clean.. the buffet breakfast was ok, but not the best I've had. We didn't use the gym or pool , but had a look and they looked good. Especially the gym was quite big and well stocked.

Cons:

Despite everything being clean our room felt a bit dated. Like the toilet had been there since the 80's. The setup in the room felt more like an office space than a relaxing space. With a bench and office chair. A sofa would have great. The barista coffee should be included with the buffet breakfast, but it wasn't a big deal as the coffee was worth paying for.

Well worth to watch AFL and walking to Casino and shopping very close

Cons:

Rooms and bathroom a wee but dated. Amenities were basic and no hand wash but there was hand cream.

despite the winge, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend - the staff were very helpful
Cons:

I was suprised when I arrived that I had been "upgraded" BUT..
the door was not working - after 2 attempts I called duty manager who came to let me in immediately.
Aircon temp. was set on 24degrees and could not change it so a hot sweaty night!
shower water flowed out of cubicle into drain - was not expecting this so bath mat was soaked.
unsure of mini bar prices as could not find a menu so did not purchase anything despite considering the wine
kept hearing the ambalance sirens from 15 floors below - I eventually used earplugs
bed was comfortable :)
