Beds, shower and room temperatures were great. Hallways were quiet
Breakfast not included for the price and too expensive. Coffee in room and lobby was not good
The staff were very friendly at registration.They were very helpful of our enquires about dinner and breakfast.The room we had was very comfortable and very clean.Our checkout the next morning was fast.We would stay here again when we are in London.

Room was cool, bed was comfortable.
Tear in the carpet in the room, giant desk took up most of the room. Door to the bathroom stuck and made a loud noise when opening and shutting it. Desk staff did not offer tour, describe amenities or volunteer any additional information. As a tourist I would rather have booked a motel and got the same service and room for half the price.

My $100 security deposit not refunded as yet, while checking out they could not refund as stated when checking in Saturday, they said that this issue has occurred several times with guests ! ? Unclear why it hasn't been resolved ? Return visit unsure !
We had à la cart breakfast which we preferred over a buffet. We were glad there was an option other than buffet. The bed was comfortable and it was generally quiet. Guests aren’t always considerate of others when returning to their rooms late with loud voices and slamming doors, but that’s not the hotels’ fault. Although signs posted at desk and in elevators and around may make people more aware may help with that. Just a thought.

It was lovely on the outside, clean and the beds comfortable.
We had 3 rooms and all were musty (better when you opened the windows), bathrooms were small with an award tube/shower combo and the toilet was low behind the door and the inside was more commercial and outdated.
