Fantastic breakfast

The grounds are beautiful, the room was definitely dated. The bathroom was lovely and well stocked. The majority of the staff were very nice
From the photos it makes it seem you will stay in that beautiful manor style building. Instead your rooms are down a hill and around the back. The room was dated and old, the carpet even rolling up in areas. We had a beautiful view of the garbage bins. We chose this hotel because of the photos and the amazing deal we received through Booking. The check in staff obviously knew that and either assigned us the crappiest room because of it, or just treated us differently due to the amount we paid. We go to London twice a year for doctors appointments, and probably wouldn't book this again
Quiet, clean, friendly staff.
Beds, shower and room temperatures were great. Hallways were quiet
Breakfast not included for the price and too expensive. Coffee in room and lobby was not good
The staff were very friendly at registration.They were very helpful of our enquires about dinner and breakfast.The room we had was very comfortable and very clean.Our checkout the next morning was fast.We would stay here again when we are in London.

Room was cool, bed was comfortable.
Tear in the carpet in the room, giant desk took up most of the room. Door to the bathroom stuck and made a loud noise when opening and shutting it. Desk staff did not offer tour, describe amenities or volunteer any additional information. As a tourist I would rather have booked a motel and got the same service and room for half the price.

My $100 security deposit not refunded as yet, while checking out they could not refund as stated when checking in Saturday, they said that this issue has occurred several times with guests ! ? Unclear why it hasn't been resolved ? Return visit unsure !
