The staff is helpful and friendly and I appreciate the location of this facility.
Pros:

I enjoyed the location of this hotel. It is close enough to the city but in a somewhat secluded location

Cons:

If there is any room for improvement, maybe offering clients a bottle or 2 of water and snack like crackers, belvita, or clif bar like food as a thank you for being a valued customer.

Charming on both occasions.
Pros:

The gardens and grounds are beautiful. On the night of our second stay the hotel kindly upgraded our rooms to a second floor view of the grounds. We were accommodated uncommonly kindly in that we had a very early check-in request because one of our party was having surgery at a nearby hospital (excellent location!). We are very grateful to the managerial and day staff who were understanding in that regard.

Cons:

Someone had been smoking on the first night and the vapours came through the vents to our room. Overnight staff did not seem to have taken the concern seriously.

Pros:

Everyone was lovely and welcoming. The entire place was spotless and the building is so cute and interesting

Cons:

The bed wasn't the most comfy and the room was a little small but overall not bad

The room was adequate but missing the chair mentioned above.
Cons:

We were disappointed that the only chair in the room was a desk chair. A soft chair or small sofa type chair would have met our expectations.
I also found it difficult to actually speak to someone when I was booking, so I had to book through a third party. Not my favorite way to make arrangements.

My girlfriends and I had the best sleep ever, so comfortable. Quiet. Rooms were very clean and equipped
Pros:

It was beautiful! So nice staying somewhere not like a standard, prison like hotel.

Enjoyed our one night stay and would definitely stay again!
Pros:

It was very convenient to University hospital where we were going the next day. It is a very large property as it used to be a university. I think they did a good job converting it into hotel rooms
