Stay away..
Pros:

Frankly speaking nothing was good about it.

Cons:

The spa staff was not greeting the staff and were extremely rude. You had to ask them for towels instead of handing them to you. All the staff needs to be fired. I was in a 5 star hotel in a suite and instead of being treated like I am suppose to and like any Wyndham I went before the people there were as if they were into forced labor. I suggest you fire all the staff except maybe the receptionist. The only professional ones. They wanted me to pay 30 euros in the hair saloon cash and they told me they run a hair saloon in a Wyndham hotel without POS card machine. Kiosks and Taxis have in turkey and they don’t have in Wyndham? It felt like it’s run by some sort of scammers. This is my 20th time in Istanbul and never have I ever seen a hotel like this. Stay away!!!

Pros:

Our stay at La Quinta in Istanbul was really good. The rooms were very clean, the staff was nice and the pricing was reasonable. The only thing that made it a little difficult for us was the distance from the areas and places we needed to go to every day. Overall, we had a very good experience.

Cons:

The only concern is the distance from markets, shops and restaurants. Other than that, everything checks out.

Wir sind als Familie angereist und hatten 2 Zimmern gebucht. Diese waren aus diversen Gründen nicht in Ordnung und wir wollten canceln und woanders übernachten. Das wurde von der Rezeption an die Hotelmanagerin Nazli Hanim übermittelt. Was Kundenorientierung und Kundenzufriedenheit anbelangt, wie man es sich wünscht, wurde von Nazli Hanim an den Tag gelegt. Sie kümmerte sich sofort um uns - machte ein kostenloses Upgrade auf 2 hochwertigeren Zimmern. Sie schaute persönlich mit uns die Zimmer an begleitete uns während des Aufenthaltes. Eine sehr starke Leistung und vielen lieben Dank 😊
