Very nice hotel
Pros:

Its a new hotel and nicely built with good rooms and wide walkways in a good location.

Cons:

It is on the main road but there is no traffic between about 8 pm and 8 am, if you need more quiet ask for a side or rear room.

Brilliant for bikepacking
Pros:

Owners were brilliant. I stopped here on my bikepacking trip between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai and the owner brought out a bike stand and gave me access to a hose, brush, and rags to clean it and then stored it in the lobby on the rack. They are bike riders too so clearly understood. Room was comfortable and clean. Road noise wasn’t bad at all.

Das nette Personal im Hotel

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Zimmer, Spinnweben und Insektenreste an der Wand im Zimmer und im Bad.
Sehr laute Fahrzeuggeräusche, da Lage an der Hauptstraße. Zimmergrösse: angegeben waren 35qm, tatsächlich etwa 12-13qm.

Very nice spacious room and hot drinks etc. for a night en route somewhere or base for hot springs.
Pros:

Central location, very spacious and well appointed room. Drinks n snacks in lobby. Medium-sized fridge.

Cons:

On the main road, so traffic noise. Water pressure for shower could be better.
