Wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub auf höchstem Niveau

Eigentlich war nur ein kurzer Trip nach Baška geplant, um für zwei Tage ein wenig Luft zu tanken. Was ich jedoch in diesem Hotel erleben durfte, hat meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Es war von der ersten Minute an ein wunderbar erholsamer Aufenthalt, der durch die perfekte Kombination aus direktem Strandzugang, einer gepflegten Poolanlage und einer absolut entspannten Atmosphäre im gesamten Haus bestach.

Als langjährige Projekt-Prozess und Qualitätsmanagerin im anspruchsvollen Industrie Sektor ( extern bei Firmen und eigenen Unternehmen geleitet) , liegt es in meiner Natur, Strukturen, Prozesse und Abläufe unbewusst wie ein internes Audit zu analysieren. Ich habe in den letzten 30 Jahren viele namhafte Hotels weltweit besucht, aber die organisatorische Präzision in diesem Haus hat mich auf ganzer Linie positiv überrascht.

Hier greift jedes Rädchen perfekt ineinander:

* **Authentischer Service:** Schon bei der Ankunft spürt man eine echte, herzliche Willkommenskultur, die von allen Service-, Reinigungs- und Rezeptionskräften und auch dem Gärtner der die Hecken schneidet und pflegt, gelebt wird.

* **Exzellente Führung:** Die empathische Atmosphäre unter den Mitarbeitern ist spürbar positiv. Man merkt sofort, dass hier ein Meister der Organisation am Werk ist, der sein Team vorausschauend und mit großem Respekt führt.

* **Qualität im Detail:** Ob die makellose Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage ( Zimmer/ Pool/ Parkplätze/ Rezeption/ Liegeflächen/ Grünflächen usw.) , das hervorragende kulinarische Angebot (Buffet und A-la-carte) oder das stilvolle, unaufdringliche Musikprogramm von Classic Jazz bis zu abendlichen Chören – der Standard ist Benchmark-würdig.

Als jemand, der sich seit über 40 Jahren intensiv mit Kommunikation und menschlicher Psychologie befasst, erkenne ich sofort, wenn Freundlichkeit nur gespielt ist. Hier ist alles absolut authentisch - der Gast fühlt sich wohl.

Die Lage zum Meer

Cons:

Frühstück nichts besonderes, zu kleines Zimmer mit Dachschräge, Es wurde mit Klimaanlage ausgeschrieben, die aber nicht vorhanden war.

Für diesesn Aufenthalt war der Preis zu teuer
