сервис, кофе в номере моей категории, удобства, магазин в отеле, спа, услужливый персонал. да все было круто (кроме светлого решения лобби) и расположение удобное!

Отель был сделан в таком интересном дизайне, куда не попадало много света в холле. от этого он казался каким-то темным бункером, хоть и просторным с супер сервисом. я рассчитывала на стекло и свет, а получила тень и камень. но это не претензия, таков уж дизайн, каждому свое

Pros:

Staff was the best. They were very professional. The rooms are bigger than most typical hotels in Tokyo. The A/C in my room was a bit wonky but they were able to help me transfer right away after seeing it took some time before the A/C worked. I like the layout of the room. Will surely be back and recommend this hotel to others.
