Excellent value and comfort
Pros:

Our room was fantastic. It was large, incredibly comfortable and included great amenities. The hotel was a quiet and convenient base from which to explore Tokyo's treasures - on foot, by rail and by taxi. The staff were professional and helpful. Whilst the hotel offered us excellent value for money, the. overall vibe was less personable and customer focused than we enjoy.

I think the Housing keeping should be improved.
the same tiny piece of plastic on the floor for days, they didn't notice it,
And some sticky substance (probably caused by some juice ) under the tea table wasn't cleaned

Tout aurait été parfait si il n’y avait pas eu ces travaux de rénovation très bruyants en cours jusqu’à fin octobre. Il aurait été sympa de le mentionner dans la fiche descriptive.

Buona scelta per soggiornare a Tokyo
Pros:

Albergo enorme e molto lussuoso per i miei standard, offre molti servizi e lo staff è molto accogliente e disponibile. Le camere un po' piccole ma accoglienti. Colazione super variegata e buona, un po' costosetta ma offre veramente di tutto.

Cons:

Bagno non super elegante e pochi prodotti come kit di cortesia. La colazione è presa d'assalto, alle 8:00/8:30 già si rischia di fare la fila fuori.

room had a sitting area, close proximity to restaurants and convenience stores and able to walk to a station along a major line.

Cons:

location was not the best in terms of proximity to location especially with heavy weather but that's at no fault of the accommodation.

附近多辦公大樓和住宅區,最近的飯田橋站有很多路線經過,如果要到飯店最近的出口是A5,但要搭東西線才能經由這個出口出站,一般由出口A2也不遠,但飯田橋站下面很大，地下要走一段路有上下階梯，帶大行李時要注

大廳人員都非常親切熱心,4F有健身房和洗衣室還有公共的休閒空間,門口就有便利商店,離東京大神宮和神樂坂不遠,有很多餐廳

Cons:

雙人房住二人有點小，比較適合單人住宿
