Enjoyed our stay, will definitely recommend
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent from the variety, quality and location. The check in staff were also very helpful and friendly. If I remember correctly, the staff named Carl (CJ) was especially helpful at the reception and at the bar. Location of hotel is also very convenient for travelers.

Amazing value for a family of 4 adults
Pros:

The staff were amazingly helpful, especially at the front office. The location is accessible from the central railway station building which is fabulous. The rooms are good and as expected, not exceptional. The breakfast buffet was good without being overwhelming.

Die Lage ist nahezu ideal in Bezug auf Verkehrsanbindung und Erreichbarkeit von Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß.

Cons:

Das angeschlossene Restaurant war sehr dünn mit Personal besetzt und deshalb wurden Gäste ohne Reservierung angewiesen.

Overall, an incredible stay with a fantastic location, great amenities, and exceptional value
Pros:

This place was more than we could have expected! The hotel was an incredible value for the price, with an unbeatable location and phenomenal breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable, the beds were great, and I absolutely loved the heated bathroom floors—it was such a nice touch. But the location really stood out. We were within walking distance of all the best attractions, and it was incredibly easy to catch the train to wherever we wanted to go.

The 24-hour front desk was another huge plus, and they even held our luggage for free, which made things so convenient.

I was thoroughly impressed with our stay and would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Such a fantastic experience and an amazing value!

Cons:

One thing to be aware of: make sure you keep your receipts for breakfast. The night team charged us for three breakfasts when we only had two. Unfortunately, we were on a tight timeline to get to the airport and didn’t have time to dispute the charge at the time.

We’ve also tried contacting management about the issue but haven’t received a response. So, as a precaution, keep your receipts and double-check your charges before leaving, especially if you’re on a tight schedule.
