Location was great
Cons:

It seemed like the check out and questions of the desk were confusing. There was confusion if I had paid and what day for breakfast. I had two rooms I rented. I don't think the computer screen for the staff had all the information in front of them. I trusted that it was accurate at the end.

Pros:

The breakfast was very varied and the location of the hotel is perfect for those connecting via trains or to reach the airport

Cons:

The room was booked for 5 but we got only 2 double beds. The 3 kids were supposed to sleep all in a double bed, which was very uncomfortable.
The reception was always full with guests but often only one staff member available, which meant long waiting time to be attended

Hôtel très central avec service excellent
Pros:

- l’hôtel a une situation très centrale : devant la gare d’Oslo et au-dessus d’une station de métro
- le petit-déjeuner délicieux et gargantuesque : il se prend dans le restaurant Egon qui touche l’hôtel, parfait pour prendre des forces avant d’aller visiter Oslo
- literie très confortable
- on a pu laisser nos bagages en consigne avant de récupérer la chambre car on était arrivé le matin
- le personnel de l’accueil est adorable
