مساحة الغرفة معقولة مقارنة مع مساحات غرف فنادق لندن البوتيك.
الموظفين بشوشين ومهنين في التعامل ومتعاونين وهم أساس التجربة الجميلة.
خدمة الغرف سريعة أيضا.
متوفر آلة قهوة ومكواة.
النظافة جيدة.
يوجد شاي الظهيرة في الفندق.
موقعه آمن وقريب من الهايد بارك وقريب له محطة باص ومحطة مترو.

Cons:

الفندق صغير وقديم لا يوجد لوبي والاسياب ضيقة. برأي لا يعتبر فندق خمس نجوم مقارنة مع السعر.
عزل الغرف ليس عالي تسمع بسهولة الأشخاص في الأسياب عند المرور.
الفندق يحتاج بعض الترميمات خصوصا في دورات المياه مثل صنابير المياه.
الأثاث أيضا بعضه متهالك.
لا يوجد لوبي يوجد فقط مطعم يفتح أوقات معينة للفطور والغداء على مااعتقد.

Young team members without experience and professional attitude to work with clients

Nice hotel. Near the centre of town. Perfect for visiting!

Cons:

The staff. NO professional attitude and attention! You need to book the time for the breakfast , despite that , awaiting 20 mn to have someone to clean the table and prepare the breakfast for us. After ordering the full English breakfast, we awaiting 45 mn!!! Unacceptable!! Anyway the organisation is not in accordance with the standards of the type of hotel!!

Very comfortable, convenient and well located, I would go back - fair price (for London)
Pros:

Very polite staff, excellent location for Paddington / Heathrow Express. Room was a reasonable size (for London) and very comfortable. I did not try the breakfast due to an early start....but it smelled good !

Cons:

I would say that the common area corridors could maybe do with a little bit of a refresh..... nothing wrong with them but maybe not as easy on the eyes as some other areas.

Perfect hotel in London
Pros:

We stayed for one night but would have loved a longer stay. The hotel was built in 1842 and has been well maintained and oozes old world charm. The reception and dining room staff were delightful and so helpful. Our room had every amenity you could possibly need. The location is perfect, close to Paddington Station, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. We plan to stay here on our next visit to London.

Sehr freundliches Personal, immer behilflich, ca. 5 Gehminuten zu Paddington Station

Cons:

Habe mir ein Upgrade genommen, das erste zugeteilte Zimmer hatte nur Blick auf den Hinterhof mit Dunst/Küchenabzügen und hohen Wänden. Das Zimmer war ok. Mit dem Upgrade hat das Zimmer und die Aussicht meine Erwartungen erfüllt.

Wonderful staff and great location for paddington.
Pros:

I love the location and the staff. They are wonderfull and so helpful and caring. The rooms on the basement floor are not so good and I would not like to stay in one again. However the upper floor rooms with the windows that open are wonderful.

Cons:

The rooms in the basement and lower floor. Very small and not good circulation. And it is a bit expensive for a rail station hotel.

I often avoid boutique hotels because of small rooms, compromised comfort. Roseate changed my mind.
Pros:

Boutique hotel that delivers modern comfort. Room attractively furnished, smooth linens, plush robes, welcoming staff, exceptional attention to detail. Fine location for access to Hyde Park, canal walks, restaurants and mass transit.

Cons:

Include the breakfast in all rates, not just some of the rates.
