Staff were amazing, clean, tidy and brilliant location

An absolutely fantastic experience - I loved everything about my stay.
Pros:

Absolutely loved my stay and will definitely stay here again. I normally opt for an Air BnB when in London, but the Roseate House may have changed my mind for future trips. I loved it! Thank you.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The staff were very professional and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including a mini fridge for a small bottle of milk. Fresh water was provided for us too. With glasses for wine and water in the room. The air conditioning was excellent. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. Robes, slippers and fluffy towels were also included.
Breakfast was exceptional. There was also more than we could eat. A real treat.
We would stay again.

Cons:

We did walk past the hotel, as it is set back from the road. There is a flag in front, but we missed it.

Eine erholsame Oase in der hektischen Metropole

Sehr gute , ruhige und doch zentrale Lage zwischen zwei UBahn Stationen. Aussergewöhnlich freundliches, qualifiziertes Personal. Sehr bequemes
Doppelbett. Für Londoner Verhältnisse geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Dauer bis das Frühstück nach Bestellung serviert wurde war an manchen Tagen recht lang.

Décevant. Le tarif avait bouger entre-temps, et nous n’avons pas eu d’up grade.
Pros:

Le personnel tres agréable et amicale ainsi que l’emplacement

Cons:

La chambre petite et vétuste. La propreté, miroir du placard plein de traces. La salle de bain etait sale avec du calcaire, la peinture etait pleine de cloques. Difficile de se doucher sans douchette. La chambre était très poussiéreuse.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, komfortabel und zentral
Pros:

Sehr gepflegtes, kleineres Hotel mit Charme und unglaublich freundlichem Personal.
Vom Bahnhof Paddington erreicht man es in wenigen Gehminuten. Folglich sind auch kleinere Geschäfte sowie Pubs in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Anschluss an den Londoner ÖPNV ist bestens. Die Lage für Londoner Verhältnisse abends ruhig.
Unser Zimmer war komfortabel groß und hatte für unser Empfinden perfekt bequeme Betten.
Sehr gutes und frisch zubereitetes Frühstück à la Carte (statt Teebeutel wäre loose tea schöner).
Der Aufenthalt ist kein billiges Vergnügen, das gilt allerdings für ganz London und insofern ist Preis/Leistung völlig angemessen.
Für uns nach einigen Aufenthalten in London die bis jetzt schönste Unterkunft.

Cons:

Teppichboden im Zimmer - leider nicht wegzubekommen und trotzdem immer und überall auf der Welt eher eklig, da sich Flecken und Dinge, die man nicht sieht, einfach nicht vermeiden lassen.
Etwas befremdlich empfand ich beim Check-out die Frage nach einer "discretionary service charge" - da fühlte ich mich überrumpelt, was den Abschluss eines wirklich schönen Aufenthalts geringfügig trübte.
Wir würden dennoch jederzeit wieder kommen.
