A calming gem of a place that is rare in London at this price bracket.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel make you feel special. They know how to look after you and make your stay feel luxurious. The beds were very comfortable too.

Pros:

It’s a charming old London hotel in a fantastic location, with Hyde Park less than a two-minute walk away and both Lancaster Gate and Paddington stations very close by. It made getting around London incredibly easy while still feeling like a quieter place to come back to at the end of the day.

We stayed in a room on the top floor with a little skylight in the roof, which gave it so much character. The room was very comfortable, with a great bed, a lovely bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, and an overall warm, classic setting that suited the hotel beautifully.

A comfortable, charming hotel in one of our favourite locations in London. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

Pros:

パディントン駅からも近く、室内も素敵でした。
朝食も大変満足な内容です。
スタッフさんの質も大変素晴らしくホスピタリティに溢れています。

Cons:

フロントまでのアプローチ階段などは荷物が多いと大変ですが、スタッフがお手伝いくださいます。

Ein tolles, sehr britisches Hotel mit viel Flair!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist großartig! Very british, tolles englisches Flair im Zimmer, sehr schöner kleiner Breakfast / Dinner Raum mit einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück! Wir frühstücken sonst nie in Hotels, hier haben wir es jeden Tag genutzt. Auch die Atmosphäre in der angrenzenden Bar gefiel uns. Zusätzliches Plus die Lage. Paddington Station um die Ecke und eine weitere Tube ebenso. Ein großes Dankeschön an Mark, Hamish, Loredana und Eva von der Rezeption, fühlten uns sehr wohl bei euch! Und danke für das Upgrade!

A nice enough place, which with a discount was reasonable value for money but not 5 star standard.
Pros:

The location for the Serpentine Gallery, the purpose of the stay, was excellent. The hotel is in a quiet mews and well located for the nearby tube.

Cons:

Whilst sold as a 5 star hotel in reality it is nearer 4. A supposed "upgrade" of one of the rooms was in actuality a subterranean relocation. The rooms are pleasant but not of a genuinely 5 star standard and neither are the facilities. A breakfast request for fried eggs resulted in two already broken and hard cooked yokes which would never be allowed out of a 5 star hotel kitchen. The staff were all pleasant if a little aloof and the reception area seemed to double as a meeting area in the evenings.

Banyosu temizdi, kliması düzgün çalışıyordu, yatağı çok rahattı, ütü masası da vardı, konumu harikaydı, paddington istasyonuna 3-4 dakika ve istediğiniz her yere tren var buradan
