It was well worth it
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and I had no issues with any staff.

Cons:

There was someone’s hair in the bathroom on the countertop and the walls. I think wifi should be provided to all guests without having the honor program I know it’s probably a corporate thing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. I would especially like to recognize Tiar at the front desk for her outstanding customer service.

During my stay, there were several children running through the hallways and repeatedly knocking on my hotel room door. Tiar was very professional, understanding, and quick to assist with the situation. She listened to my concerns and helped ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible.

I was also traveling with my child who has a disability, and Tiar went above and beyond to help us throughout the night. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much easier to manage. She showed genuine care and compassion for my family's needs.

What impressed me most was her dedication to customer service. She took the time to make sure our concerns were addressed and personally followed up to ensure we had everything we needed. Employees like Tiar are the reason guests return. Her professionalism, empathy, and commitment to helping others deserve recognition.
