Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. I would especially like to recognize Tiar at the front desk for her outstanding customer service.

During my stay, there were several children running through the hallways and repeatedly knocking on my hotel room door. Tiar was very professional, understanding, and quick to assist with the situation. She listened to my concerns and helped ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible.

I was also traveling with my child who has a disability, and Tiar went above and beyond to help us throughout the night. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much easier to manage. She showed genuine care and compassion for my family's needs.

What impressed me most was her dedication to customer service. She took the time to make sure our concerns were addressed and personally followed up to ensure we had everything we needed. Employees like Tiar are the reason guests return. Her professionalism, empathy, and commitment to helping others deserve recognition.

Thank you, Tiar, for making our stay a positive experience. Your exceptional customer service did not go unnoticed.

Overall a decent experience.
Pros:

Location. Everything needed was close as well as close proximity to the highway to get to other locations quickly.

Cons:

property was fine, however the reception staff when I arrived was not very knowledgeable. It was as if she frowned upon the fact that I used Booking.com. She said I would not be able to receive a receipt for my stay because I did not book directly thru Hilton. This was the first and obviously not the case because I did receive a receipt upon check out.

with regard to my room, I spilled something on the floor and when I went to clean it, I was the appalled as the floor was absolutely filthy!!!
The floors should be wet mopped after every checkout. This is a family hotel where some families have toddlers. Most toddlers gravitate to the floor so the floors should be mopped after every checkout!!

This hotel also need larger trash cans in the living area. Just one person in the room was a challenge. I can imagine a family of two or more needing more space for trash

This place was as good as a Hampton gets, they are consistently comfortable and clean, and have a great breakfast!
Pros:

Right beside outback steakhouse, which was great to walk to. It would be nice if there were some steps between the parking lot and their parking lot.
That’s the only complaint I have the rest of it was wonderful

The staff was so friendly at check in, breakfast had just about anything you’d want, exercise room was good too!
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, excellent staff, breakfast, exercise room was great!

Cons:

The bed was firm, woke up with a sore back. Maybe it’s just me though.
