Fair for one night stay
Pros:

Good location. Nice staff. Comfortable bed. Microwave and fridge.

Cons:

You pay for parking nightly. Room floor was not very clean. Minimum amenities in bathroom.

I am glad we decided to stay in Arcadia and this Garden Inn. It was much cheaper than the hotels of same class in Pasade
Pros:

My son was going to meet his friend either at Pasadena (where his friend works) or Arcadia (where she lives). We first thought staying at a more central place like Glendale or Pasadena made more sense. But good thing we decided to stay at Arcadia. It was a very nice and calm town. Everything was more layback compared to anywhere in LA. Hotel was also very nice. It is at a walking distance to the Outback Steakhouse which we wanted to go there for a while but couldn’t find ine in Silicon Valley. Hotels breakfast was also good. At the end of the day this ia Garden Inn Hotel, you stay there for a day or two during your travels. But I have only positive memories about this Arcadia one

Cons:

Nothing negative caught my attention. But at the end of the day this is a Garden Inn Hotel, not something luxurious

Cockroach infested Hotel
Pros:

Very bad experience at this hotel. We woke up in the morning to find the biggest cockroach I have even since on the night stand and we were on the forth floor. Normal, cockroaches stay on the first floor so I can only image how bad it is down there. Once we saw the cockroach we immediately checked out and tried to talk to a manager but there wasn't one on duty at 7:30 am. The desk clerk gave me an email address for him but the email bounced back and said it could not be delivered. I emailed corporate and got an email back saying they would get back to me within three days. No response was every received. I got to apologize from the front desk clerk or even a thank you for killing the cockroach for them. I would highly recommend staying at a different hotel unless you like sharing your room with cockroaches.

Hotel for funeral from hell!
Pros:

The refrigerator was already broke when we entered room. They had to bring a new one. Air conditioner broke, had to fix the next morning! Room carpet very dirty, no handicap towel bars in shower. 1/2 roll of toilet paper no extra. Only cream and sugar for one person, we had two in our party. No fans in bathroom for steam or bathroom smell!! No one spoke very good English!! I would never advise anyone to ever stay there!! Really disappointing, and not that cheap!!

Conveniently off the freeway, easy to find. Near by park and ride shuttle to Hollywood Bowl!

Great place to stay.
Pros:

We did not eat at the hotel, but there were plenty of places nearby to eat. Easy access to dining, freeway on/off ramps. It was in a cute neighborhood. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful - very friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

Cons:

The only issue we had was that the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, but once I called it in, a staff member was at our door within 5 minutes with a replacement. This was the worst thing we experienced. Otherwise, for us, it was the perfect place to stay!

Great Choice
Pros:

This is a great value considering the location and accommodations. It's pet friendly which was a deciding factor for my family's last minute travel needs, but it is also well maintained and they are good about keeping the dog areas separate and communicating pet policies and concerns.
