The rooms were dirty. There was blood on the wall into the bathroom. The beds weren’t comfortable at all. The water pressure was not good either. People got into a huge fight swearing and throwing things at 1:00 am

Nothing really. I though I selected another hotel and accidentally booked this one. Tonight I’m staying in a much nicer hotel for only $5 more and it’s a huge relief to not be there.
There were stains on the wall, cat scratches on the furniture, there was water damage in the side table, it smelled like cigarette smoke and there was a drunk man outside yelling the N word at like midnight.

The mattress protectors have never been washed on the bed and the pull out sofa. Multiple nasty different stains over time. They change the top sheets but not the one closest to the mattress. The top of the f4idge is dirty. The floor is dirty. It is just really not clean. And even though that area is not necessarily bad on its own, the people around were a little suspicious. Lots of loitering.
The rooms were very dirty I couldn't stay there with my family. I requested my refund and they denied my request.

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding my experience at Extended Stay. After living here for several years, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, communication, and enforcement of basic policies.
One of my biggest concerns is the complete lack of response from management. I have repeatedly requested that management call me back regarding my concerns, but those requests have been ignored. Even after contacting the corporate office and speaking with a supervisor, I still did not receive a response from the local management team. It is unacceptable that guests cannot receive a simple return phone call when they have legitimate concerns.
I also feel that I was misled about my room rate. When I asked about extending my stay, I was told that paying weekly was the best rate available. Based on that information, I made my decision. Later, I discovered that the rate I was paying increased significantly, leaving me feeling that I had not been given accurate information when I asked about my long-term options.
Another serious issue is the repeated smoking around my room. Guests frequently smoke directly outside my door, and the smoke enters my room. In addition, the occupants in the room next to mine appear to be smoking inside their room, and that smoke also enters my room. This has made it difficult to enjoy a clean, smoke-free living environment and raises concerns about whether the property's non-smoking policies are being enforced.
As a long-term guest, I expected honesty, responsiveness, and a safe, comfortable environment. Instead, I have experienced poor communication, inconsistent information, and ongoing issues that have not been addressed despite repeated attempts to resolve them.
I respectfully request that Extended Stay investigate these concerns, provide a written response, review the handling of my room rate, and ensure that smoking policies are enforced so that guests can enjoy the accommodations they are paying for.
I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and that meaningful action will be taken to improve the experience for current and future guests.
Really did not like much about this stay. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked fine.
Booking.com website was not accurate with amenities offered. They had kitchens but when asked no kitchen supplies available for rent even when the TV home page advertised it. The room had several issues from wall damage, a tub drain plug that was not attached in the tub. A work desk with no chair. In room phone not connected. No ice available. Kitchen doors and drawers stuck shut from inadequate cleaning. Only two towels for two guests, at 8am to get extra towels to find the office closed and no one available.
Great location for venue we attended, it was walking distance, comfy bed
The bathroom was not very clean, there was what looked like fences possibly on the wall and toilet was dirty.
It was clean and the room was spacious.
The front desk people took a while to help me.
